Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour notre voyage de noces et nous n'avons pas été déçue de notre choix. Tout était parfait, le personnel était aux petits soins, la chambre était propre et bien agencée, l'hôtel est atypique et c'est ce qui fait son charme, les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la piscine est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très varié.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur La salle de sport qui pourrait être améliorée mais ce n'est vraiment pas grave.

Pros:

EVERYTHING! We were there as a big group, 19 of us! Where to start. The staff. Absolutely friendly and helpful and looked after us so well. Big thank you to the staff at the restaurant. You guys are brilliant.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean.
Great food selection and quality.
Gym on site which I did not use but others did and had everything needed.
Perfect place to stay but once again the staff made it so relaxed and enjoyable.
The views from here will live long in our memories.

Serene, beautiful hotel with a great view and perfect for our large family.
Pros:

Loved the area and the peaceful nature of the hotel. The hotel restaurant, Maide, was very easy and welcoming for our family of 8 people. Order the local dishes, like the Cappadocia kebab which needs to be ordered 6 hours before and is served in a clay pot. Tasted great. We loved that our rooms. One room had a steam room and another a hammam, but we also enjoyed the larger hammam and sauna near the fitness center. The pool was great for kids too. We were happy we were not in town since we wanted a more relaxing experience but did have a great lunch in Urgup one day. Place was very clean and grounds were beautifully maintained. The view of the town and surrounding hills is beautiful since we are very high on the hill. Highly recommend for a more chill experience. So happy we didn’t stay in the Gorem area which is much more congested.

Cons:

Our room had only and elevator and no stairs. It was three floors. This was tough when the power went out and we needed to get to kids on another floor but the facility team was very quick to come and resolve the issue. The roads to each room, the front desk and restaurants are very steep. Highly encourage you take the hotel car for safety. Or wear good shoes and have good knees if you want to walk.

Good cave experience of Cappadocia
Pros:

The caves are very nice and also spacious and my cave even had its own Turkish bath. The breakfast was nice

Cons:

It’s quite a drive from town and on a hill. Probably not for elderly people as there are 52 steps down to the restaurant. It is possible to ring for the cart to take you down and bring you back up though. .

La atención fue increible! Nos ayudaron muchisimo con traslados, tours, restaurantes, etc. El hotel divino, muy pacífico y los cuartos muy lindos! Igual recomiendo visitar Revithia, el restaurante dentro del hotel que tiene estrella michelin.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollen Personal.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel oberhalb von Ürgüp mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal. Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und fügt sich toll in die Landschaft ein. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung, das Fitnessstudio ist ausreichend und der Pool sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Das wlan, vor allem in den Zimmern ist sehr schlecht. Auch die Belüftung der Zimmer ist nicht so gut. Klimaanlage ist aber vorhanden.

Luxury and comfort in Capadoccia
Pros:

Our stay at Kayakapi was great. We stayed there for 3 nights. When we arrived there was an issue with our reservation and the staff immediately fixed the problem. They were really helpful and attentive to our needs. The food at the hotel is wonderful in all of its restaurants. Breakfast is as good as it gets and the experience at their Michelin restaurant amazing. The hotel also has a quite impressive spa, hammam and fitness room. The hotel is in a beautiful location and just a taxi ride away from all other towns.

Expérience parfaite, c’était vraiment excellent.
Pros:

Un hôtel vraiment magnifique et unique. Le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant, le service est excellent.
Le plat d’agneau en jarre (testi kebab) au restaurant est particulièrement délicieux. Marcher pieds nus sur le sol est très agréable grâce au chauffage au sol. Le soir, on peut allumer la cheminée, ce qui rend l’atmosphère très chaleureuse. La salle de sport est bien équipée. L’expérience du hammam (turkish bath + ottoman massage )est parfaite .

Cons:

La salle de bain est grande et très belle, mais la douche n’a pas de paroi, ce qui fait que le sol est mouillé, il manque une vitre de séparation.
Comme il s’agit d’un hôtel troglodyte, c'est normal qu'il manque de lumière pour se maquiller. Il serait préférable d’ajouter un miroir avec éclairage LED (il y a bien un miroir sur la table, mais l'endroit est trop sombre, sans éclairage).

THE BEST accommodation in Cappadocia - and we stayed in a few different hotels. Stay there, you won’t be sorry!

This is a must stay.
We loved every single thing about this hotel.
The history made everything so much more special but the upkeep, the amazing and friendly staff, the amazingly beautifully decorated rooms, the attention to detail made us go back for another stay.
This should be your number one choice when choosing accommodation in Urgup or even Cappadocia.

The breakfasts at Kayakapi were exceptional with attentive and very friendly staff. A special shoutout to Ugur, Simah and Rümeysa. Nothing we asked was too much effort for them - thank you for taking care of us so beautifully.

It was our 26th wedding anniversary and to help us celebrate it, they gifted us a wonderful bottle of wine, biscotti and a huge fruit basket - along with their welcome chocolate box, local almonds, raisins and dried apricots. All these extras made the stay even more special and enjoyable.

Thank you for making us feel so special and at home ❤️
