El hotel es una joya arquitectónica.
La comida deliciosa. La piscina maravillosa con ozono y la habitación muy cómoda.
La estancia fue muy agradable. El personal amable. Resaltamos la atención del joven Nicolás, muy receptivo y diligente.

Cons:

En el restaurante bar ubicado del lado izquierdo del Sauna podría mejorar en la limpieza de mesas y mas rápida recolección de vajilla una vez se ha terminado de comer y poner música más suave, teniendo en cuenta la contaminación auditiva de Girardot, es preferible el silencio o música relajante.
Hay pequeños detalles que se pueden mejorar como la presentación de la zona del escritorio de la recepción que le quita la elegancia que tiene el hotel ej: aviso de papel pegado en pared, cajas y/o bolsas de plástico de vista al huésped.
En la habitación, pequeños detalles por revisar en limpieza de blackout y pared del baño pues tiene algunas huellas grises que caerían fácilmente con trapo y jabón frotex y la puerta de la ducha deja salir agua al piso cercano al inodoro.
