An Unforgettable Family Stay – Exceptional Service!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jaz Riviera and were completely thrilled by our experience. The value for money is outstanding, and the entire resort offers a welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our vacation special was how incredibly warm and heartfelt the service was, especially towards our children.
We would like to give a special mention to Ahmed, the Front Manager. He is the definition of professionalism and is incredibly guest-oriented, reading every wish right off our lips. He truly goes above and beyond, and he is definitely destined for higher things in his career!
Additionally, a big shoutout to both Mohameds at the fitness center. They are doing a top-notch job and made our workouts highly enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!

Cons:

Velký problém s bakteriemi ve vodě. Měli jsme neustále střevní problémy.

We had an amazing experience, with exceptional service, delicious food, beautiful facilities, and a truly relaxing atmos
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, and the facilities were excellent.

A special thank you to Hadi, the General Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. His professionalism and attention to guests truly make a difference.

One of the highlights of our stay was our room with direct access to the swimming pool. It was absolutely fantastic and made our holiday even more relaxing and special.

The food was simply outstanding everywhere! Every restaurant and dining experience exceeded our expectations. The quality, variety, and taste of the dishes were exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The culinary team deserves special recognition for their excellent work.

Cons:

We also appreciated the international atmosphere of the resort and the opportunity to enjoy our holiday without the presence of Russian tourists, with one exception among the entertainment staff. Given the relatively small number of Russian-speaking guests, I believe the hotel could easily provide excellent entertainment without employing Russian animators, particularly considering the ongoing war in Ukraine and the suffering caused by Russian aggression.

Geweldig en voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Alles super goed verzorgd. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Perfecte locatie aan het strand. En vlakbij het vliegveld.

Cons:

Het animatie team was wel erg aanwezig. En de airco op de slaapkamer maakt erg veel lawaai.
