Výjimečný hotel, nejlepší dovolená.
Pros:

Moc krásný hotel, skvěle řešené rozložení bazénů. Zóna pro 16+ jak u bazénu tak i v restauraci, velmi cením. Naprosto skvělý, přátelský a ochotný personál kdekoliv a kdykoliv. Velmi příjemný vstup do moře, super pláž a okolí. Měli jsme každý den skvěle uklizeno, vždy s překvapením. V restauraci a v barech super obsluha, na recepci snad nejlepší servis co jsem kdy zažil. Vždy velmi slušný výběr jídla v několika hotelových restaurací. Všude nám velmi chutnalo. Velmi vřele tento hotel doporučuji, zde vážně najde každý vše co si od dovolené plné odpočinku a pohodlí jen umí představit. To musíte zažít osobně, abyste uvěřili. Každý večer parádní program, zábava a skvělé drinky. Určitě se tady na tento hotel brzy vrátím.

I booked a suite , but I received a room with twin beds beside each other no a king bed ... the room is very small not a suite and the area is not as indicated in the room dimensions and areas

I was in a business trip so I didn't have time to complain

An absolutely amazing experience ! The hotel I’ve enjoyed the most by far. Location , facilities, foods , cleaning all are excellent .The staff is fantastic, especially Mr. Ahmed Nasser ,thank you so much for making our vacation wonderful

Vacanza perfetta! resort davvero bellissimo, mare cristallino con tante tartarughe e dugonghi.
Pros:

struttura nuova e ben tenuta, cibo davvero buono, consiglio di provare i ristoranti della struttura perché meritano.
l’intero personale è super gentile e simpatico, cercano di soddisfare ogni richiesta.
il mare è davvero stupendo, con tantissimi animali acquatici!

Die schönste Anlage mit jedoch den unmotivierendsten Mitarbeiern.

Teils arrogante Mitarbeiter. Kein Willkommensgetränk beim Empfang. Personal oft Getrönkebesteklungen vergessen oder es dauerte teils 10-15 Minuten.

Eine unglaublich schöne, unvergessliche Woche in einem wunderschönen Resort mit ganz lieben Menschen.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt am schönsten Strand. Die Zimmer waren riesig und wunderschön. Ahmed Nasser hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.
Hassan, life guard, hat uns in 5 Minuten die Seekuh gezeigt. Shukran it was amazing

الفندق رااائع بمعنى الكلمة، بداية من الترحيب بوصولنا قبل الحضور عبر رسائل الواتس اب، ثم الاستقبال والترحيب وسهولة تسجيل الدخول، ثم الاقامة كانت رائعة والجميع يخدمونك بعينوهم، حتى لحظة التوديع وتسجيل الخروج. شعرنا كأننا في منزلنا وليس في فندق، الجميع سعى جاهدا لجعل اقامتنا مميزة. جميع الموظفين من الاستقبال الى الموظفين على البحر والمسابح غلى الموظفين في المطاعم، جميعهم كانوا في غاية الاحترام والترحيب. الفندق يملك شاطيئ رملي خاص ونظيف ومنظم لأبعد الحدود، والمسامح متنوعة لجميع الأعمار، والطعام متنوع. جميع العاملين من أحمد ومحمود وحسن، وابراهيم وحسام والشيف علي شكرا لكم من القلب

كل شي كان رائع ولكن لو كان هناك شي سأطوره فهو دورة المياه (اقترح اضافة شطاف يدوي)، كذلك سأطور نوع الفعالية المسائية التي تقدم للأطفال.

Fantastic Hotel
