Улучшить wi-fi покрытие,лучше следить за прачечной.
Pros:

Очень хороший отель,классная территория,риф на территории отеля,куда привозят люлдей из других отелей,а там это включено в проживание)Хорошее разделение пространства,есть бассейн,где только взрослые.Отмечу персонал,за 5 дней раз 10 узнавали,всё ли хорошо у нас.

Cons:

Не рекомендую отдавать в прачечную вещи на стирку,нам испортили бюстгалтер и шорты плавательные.Стоит отметить отель урегулировал данную ситуацию.Так же есть проблемы с wi-fi на территории отеля,не везде хорошо ловит.

Krásný hotel, krásné moře.
V recepci vždy ochotný Moamen.
Výborné jídlo, velký výběr, pestré vyžití (tenis, gym).
Určitě mohu doporučit všem, je to jeden z nejlepších hotelů, kde jsme byli.
Děkujeme mnohokrát.

Super schönes Hotel, top Urlaub
Pros:

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Essen ist super, große Auswahl am Buffet, wo auch sehr viel frisch zubereitet wird, oder man kann in verschiedenen Restaurants einen Tisch reservieren und a la carte bestellen.
Am Strand werden Getränke direkt zur Liege gebracht.
Hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Houskeeping, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sehr gründlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail gereinigt. Auch die Gärtner waren jeden Tag sehr fleißig und machten jeden Spaziergang durchs Hotel zu einem außergewöhnlichem Erlebnis.
Es war ein top Urlaub auf sehr hohem Niveau, für 10 Sterne muss aber alles passen.

Cons:

3 mal haben unsere Gläser sehr gestunken (Wasser und Wein), Getränke somit ungenießbar. Service teilweise unmotiviert. Viele super nett, von manchen wurden wir jedoch teilweise ignoriert.
Die Bucht vor dem Hotel ist atemberaubend schön mit einer vielfältigen Unterwasserwelt, was aber leider seeehr viele Boote anzieht und Massen an Touristen die Tiere belagern. Sehr schade.

Fantastisch !!!
Pros:

Op de eerste plaats de hygiëne is op en top. Het personeel super vriendelijk en bekwaam. Het eten van zeer goede kwaliteit. Ze houden met alles rekening en willen niets liever dan dat de gasten alles hebben wat ze willen.
Wij zijn al op veel plaatsen geweest, maar hier voel ik me thuis. Dit was onze tweede keer en zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn.

Pros:

Cozy hotel, with amazing design. Everything is clean, new. Perfect management, can help in any questions, polite, all time happy and friendly! Perfect food in all restaurant and bars. We will come back, and will recommend you to everyone!

Semplicemente perfetto
Pros:

Molto accogliente, addetti tutti gentili, pulizia top, gli addetti alla reception molto accoglienti e simpatici mi sono sentita come a casa mia , il ragazzo che ci ha ospitato e ci ha mostrato l’hotel Moamen è stato molto bravo con noi , sicuramente tornerò in questa struttura un altra volta!

In my passport I had 37 stamps of the countries I had visited! But I have to say that it is the first time that it happens to me that the staff addresses the customer hello friend or even brother! The restaurants? Well!!! I did my military service and perhaps I ate better in the canteen of my battle! How sad!!!!
