La ayuda del personal
El desayuno muy triste, así como la sala donde desayunamos. El baño muy pequeño, sin enchufe para afeitarme. No había jabón de baño en la ducha y el enchufe de la habitación se encontraba roto.

Charming and helpful staff. Although the facilities are basic, the hotel met expectations. It is good value for money if you just want a good and comfortable place to rest after exploring the local attractions.
Location is safe but lack parking facilities

Love the roof top terrace with pool and dune view.
Room was clean and staffs are friendly and helpful.
Staffs only speak Spanish. Will be easier to communicate if they also speak English.
Beautiful new modern hotel. Rooftop pool area was amazing with stunning views of the nearby dunes. Lovely rooms with comfy beds. Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle. Just a short 4 minute taxi to the plaza. Good breakfast; they provided eggs after we requested. Big shout out to Juan Carlos and the younger gentleman who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks amigos!
The internet was not working for most of our stay.
The air conditioning made a random sound about every 30 seconds. Not a big deal for us, but it might be an issue for light sleepers.
New, modern, and super comfortable beds! The pool is a plus!

Liked the price, included in house parking. Toproof pool for that price. Did not use it though, but for a couple with children it’s nice.
The doorknob from my bathroom door was somehow very near to the doorpost. Careful with your hands. The bed lights illuminated a pure white intens light. Not nice to read a little before falling to sleep. This is unfortunately in many hotels the same. Hotel owners don’t seem to understand that after a long day you would like dimmed (not white) light. Also the AC makes a noise every some minutes. Keeps you awake so I had to switch the AC off. Useless AC this way. Good breakfast but pretty uncomfortable seats there. Also no WiFi in this room. If you like to check your travels or business during breakfast. You can’t.
