Enjoyable stay, great customer service, close to bars and restaurants and a nice view.
Pros:

Always clean and tidy and up to standard. TV has Sky and warm rooms.

Pros:

Service 100 % From the Head Staff at Sky Carpark whom took us to sky casino front desk.
Lovely atrendent and then the Head Concierge a lovely Young maori gentleman.
Took us allllll the way over to Horizon and then the staff took our bags and and showed more, of lifts exits ..helped us so much .
A1 Worldwide service.

Enjoyable 3 night stay!
Pros:

location great central to the city. Beds were comfy, 24 hour access to reception, check out was easy. short walk to convenience stores and lots of dining options on site.

Cons:

Check in was slow and they required ID for every person in the room which I thought was strange, generally the person booking and paying is asked for ID and other guests they generally ask for names at the most not to sight their ID's as well. But this may have only applied because it is a casino.

No dressing gown / limited room extras .. no shoer cap, make up pads etc.
