It was convenient for the city. The concierge team was amazing and allowed us to stay parked up on check out whilst we went up the tower 😊 Check in and check out was nice and easy. Valet was welcoming.
Unfortunately it’s not really a place for kids. No pool, no park. When we did enquire about the pool we got sent to the Grand Hotel just to be told it was for their guest only. Very pricy which is understandable for being in the city.

- the baggage assistant men that picked up my luggage were incredible
- The dust in the lights above the bed and on the ceiling room 325
- The wardrobe that came out of the skirting from opening it
- No access to the swimming pool facility
- One Receptionist was rude and very direct (needs retraining in customer service) considering I do formal training in customer service I know what’s good and what’s entitled service
All staff were amazing. TV wouldnt work properly. I think battery may have been flat. Would Sky in the future give discounts etc on 360 walk, The drop experiences to or on the Tower
Everything was great team. I remember as a young fella running the streets at night looking at the progression (building process) in the beginning returning to Ponsonby.
