Cons:

העניין של החניות שם, יורדים בירידה צרה מאוד ואז מחכים ומחכים שמעלית תיפתח ואז נכנסים עם הרכב. פעם המעלית עובדת ופעם לא. לאחר מכן לאורך כל השהות המעלית לחדר לא עבדה גם בקבלה לחדר וגם בעזיבה של החדר. עלינו עם מזוודות וירדנו עם מזוודות פשוט בזיון כי שילמנו כל כך הרבה כסף. עבור יומיים 4000 שח פשוט בזיון!!! לא שווה גם 10 שקל המקום. בנוסף גם יש מים למקלחת אחת בלבד ככה שהילדים שלי נתקעו עם מים קרים לאחר שחזרנו מהים. הקיצר להתרחק משם

Квартира очень красивая, удобная и в отличном состоянии. Все продумано, все есть, все очень удобно.
Девочки на ресепшн просто замечательные.
Отличный кафе и рестораны прям в здании, бар Лемонад хочу отметить отдельно)
Единственный минус - это не самый приятный район Будвы и окрестностей - шумно, кричащие дети, очень много народу.
В остальном - могу только рекомендовать

SUNRAF levererar som förväntat. Mycket fin lägenhet med fantastiskt läge precis vid stranden. Personalen hjälpte till med allt vi frågade om och var tillgängliga via WhatsApp över tid. Väl tilltagen AC i lägenheten var mycket uppskattat under värmebölja vår vecka här. Bra restauranger i bottenvåningen som erbjöd god mat i olika varianter. Ett ställe vi varmt rekommenderar.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Montenegro. Alles war einfach perfekt! Das Apartment ist außergewöhnlich sauber, sehr modern und luxuriös eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Auch die Lage ist hervorragend – ideal gelegen und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Alles war genau so, wie man es sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht.

Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir mehr als 10 von 10 Punkten vergeben. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Worth to comeback for sure
Pros:

A spacious, beautifully equipped apartment with everything you could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washer and dryer.
Everything is controlled via smart panels, making the apartment modern and convenient to use.
There is also a private parking space.
On one side, the apartment offers stunning views of the beach, while on the other side, there is a private swimming pool.
The beach is excellent, with sun loungers and a beach bar.
The complex also features a variety of restaurants, bars, and small convenience stores.
The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable.
End the staff was extremely polite and helpful.
We will comeback next year for sure.

The view, location.

Cons:

There is no sound isolation at all. You can hear the neighbors upstairs all the time, every time they move a chair, every step. You have to wake up at 6 in the morning with them. You can even hear every time they turn on the water tap. After talking to the neighbors, we concluded that this is a problem in all apartments. So if you want to relax and get some sleep, this is not the place for you.

Superb location, Contemporary & superbly equipped apartment including the pool.
Pros:

The quality of the apartment and its facilities were excellent including the lovely slippers that were provided. The swimming pool and sunbathing area were so useful, in addition to having Becici beach nearby. The location overlooking Becici beach with numerous bars and restaurants was great. The team at Sunraf of Kate, Lia and Natalia were so friendly and helpful to us.

Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал, все подробно объяснили, организовали трансфер на раннее утро, спасибо. Большинство говорит на русском. Апартаменты современные, в хорошем состоянии. Пляж прямо под окнами. Все необходимые бытовые приборы и посуда есть.

Cons:

Питьевую воду пришлось покупать и таскать 10л.бутыль в номер.

Luxe à prix abordable et situation près la promenade idéale!
Pros:

L'appartement était très moderne (domotique etc), la cuisine était énorme et très bien décorée! Le grand balcon avec la vue bord de mer était très appréciable. Nous étions très proche de la promenade mais la nuit était très paisible! Le personnel était très servialbe! Nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation qui fût très vite résolu!

Cons:

Très peu de choses sont à reprocher si ce n'est que la piscine était malheureusement fermée et pour arriver au parking de l'immeuble, ce n'est pas évident quand on ne connait pas.
