Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, moderater Parkplatzpreis im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels.

Cons:

Trotz Hinweissschildern waren wir fast die Einzigen die sich im Saunabereich an Hygiene -und Bekleidungsregeln gehalten haben.

Niets weer zo’n boeking!!!
Pros:

Het is een Hotel waar ook honden zijn toegestaan. Maar het reinigen met de vloeistof die ze gebruiken is verschrikkelijk je kunt er niet in slapen van de scherpe stank !!

Cons:

De arrogantie van de man aan de receptie was niet vriendelijk!

Celkově se nám líbilo,vnučka tam měla 23.1. maturitní ples,tak jsme si to tam užili i s welnessem,moc krásný hotel❤️

Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful and bigger than expected. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bar downstairs was really nice.

Cons:

The location is not ideal. It’s not bad but it is not on the Main Street of Karlovy Vary.

Wunderbar, wir werden wiederkommen!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Grandhotel Ambassador Národní Dům war sehr schön.
Das Frühstück großzügig und vielfältig. Jeden Tag gab es andere warme Speisen.
Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu den Termalquellen, auch zum Wald.
Unser Hund wurde freundlich bedacht.
Das Zimmer war groß, neues Bad und herausragende Betten.
Ein Parkplatz kann dazugebucht werden.

Die teilweise Kritik „abgewohnt“ kann ich nicht verstehen. Natürlich gibt’s Patina, aber auf durchaus charmante Art, das Knarzen der Eingangstür z.B.

Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber. Lage perfekt mit günstigem Parkplatz (10 €/Tag).
Freundlicher Empfang.
Im Lokal lässt sich gemütlich ein Pilsner genießen.

Halb so wild: Frühstücksraum könnte gemütlicher - sprich geräumiger - sein.

Night club privilégié au détriment du repos des clients

La situation et le bâtiment

Cons:

Des soirées étaient organisées dans un night-club au sous-sol de l’hôtel. Impossible de dormir avant la fin à 2h du matin, même avec des bouchons d’oreille, les basses de la musique électronique faisaient trembler nos lits. Lorsque nous sommes allés nous plaindre à la réception, les membres du personnel nous ont dit qu’ils étaient au courant, que ce n’était pas normal mais qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Absolument rien n’a été pris en charge ou proposé. Nous avons été hallucinés par ce manque de professionnalisme dans un hôtel qui nous a coûté 300 euros/nuit. En plus de cela, les lits n’étaient pas confortables.
