מקום נהדר פרט לתחזוקה.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת.

Cons:

התחזוקה טעונה שיפור. כניסה ללובי דרך מדרגות. לא נוח להרים מזוודות.

El Spa es adecuado aunque el horario es limitado. La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Qué en recepción nos dijeron en seis ocasiones que el aire acondicionado lo iban a conectar inmediatamente pero ni lo pusieron ni tenían intención de ponerlo. Es la primera vez que no nos arreglan la habitación cada día. Sí que nos dijeron que la iban a limpiar cuando nos fuéramos. Lo de las 4 estrellas sólo está en el cartel y en el precio, no en la calidad y servicios del hotel. Para nada recomendable.

Super miejsce do rozpoczęcia zwiedzania Karlowych Warów.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta. Na początku paru kilometrowej promenady miasta. Blisko muzeum Becherovki (około 100 m). Parking dostosowany do ilości samochodów klientów.

sam pobyt cudowny Karlowe Wary i okolice warte polecenia.
Pros:

Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna,możliwość porozumienia się w języku polskim,niemieckim,angielskim.Śniadania średnie powtarzające się.Szkoda ,że hotel nie oferuje wykonanych przez siebie specjałów. Lokalizacja super i to przeważyło o jego wyborze. Parking hotelowy blisko.

100% Empfehlung, auch für Familien mit Kindern
Pros:

Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei dem Hotelpersonal für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden vom Personal gehört und erfüllt. Das Frühstück war lecker, Hotel sehr sauber, grosser Parkplatz, Strassenbahn, Buss, Metro waren in der Nähe. An der Reception waren Dila, Alina, Maria sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Die Damen haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet und gut über den Aufenthalt und die Ausflüge informiert.
Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis Leistung absolut top. Parkplatzmöglichkeit. 10,00 Euro am Tag und muss vorreserviert werden. Sehr gute Lage. Top Restaurant im Haus.

Die Beschreibung im Internet, entspricht nicht ganz der Realität. Es wird eine Musikbar beworben die überhaupt nicht in Betrieb ist. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht so der Brüller. Sehr schlicht und einfach.

Herrschaftliches Flair mit ein bisschen weniger Luxus
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, herrschaftliches Flair, wenn vielleicht auch etwas abgewohnt, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank waren gut, zentral an Fußgängerzone, nicht in den Kollonaden, an denen mehr los ist.

Cons:

Eingangsbereich hat acht Stufen zur Rezeption und dann weitere 5 Stufen zum Lift, Frühstück könnte besser sein, Parkplatz ist eine Freifläche ein paar Minuten vom Hotel. Wenn man mehr Gepäck hat, sind die Stufen und Lage vom Parkplatz etwas weniger komfortabel
