The best stay in Laos
Pros:

It was such an amazing stay! Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Laos. The staff were absolutely wonderful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable! They have pretty great facilities and really fast wifi!

Exceptional But...
Pros:

The comfortable A/C room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooftop bar and restaurant in the sunset.

The Reception staff arranged a private taxi with a sort-of-English-speaking driver to take me to my nominated sites.

Cons:

The riverside location a bit out of the CBD. On the hotel's TV system there were very few TV channels and NO, none, zero English International News channels.
I expected this provision in this class of hotel. But I guess it is only a 3-star hotel after all.

That said, I recommend this hotel for a short stay only.

Lovley hotel. Nice location
Clean. Tidy. Roof top restaurant and bar was amazing. Great sunset and view of the city
Breakfast was also very good. Good selection and fresh.

ALL SERVICES SUCH AS FACILITES, FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEANED ROOM. I LIKE THE ONLINE SYSTEM FOR THE SERVICES.

IT'S NOT MADE ME DISLIKE. I ACCEPTED A FEW WHICH IT'S NOT MY TROUBLE SUCH AS NO ONE STAND BY AT FRONT ENTRANCE ON MY ARRIVAL. (I CARRY A FEW BAGGAGES.) HAVE SOME NOISES FROM OUTSIDE ROOM IN THE MORNING.
THE TEVISION IN # 507 CANNOT SEE. i QUITE NOT SURE THAT IT'S BROKEN OR NOT. PLEASE RECHECK, i FORGOT TO INFORM WHEN I DEPARTED. HOWEVER, THE OVERALL ARE GOOD.

Bon hôtel un peu excentré
Pros:

Hotel de qualité, un peu excentré (mais navette gratuite vers le centre) mais proche de petits restos bien sympathique en bord de Mékong.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La piscine est un plus mais le fait qu’il n’y ait que 4 transats est un moins…
Ambiance un peu “froide”…

Fab hotel in all ways apart from distance from town although a shuttle was put on hourly.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff very helpful. Facilities at hotel was spot on. Shuttles into town hourly. Car even picked us up from where the minivan dropped us when we arrived from Vang Vieng. Nice rooftop bar with singer some nights

Cons:

Distance from town and nothing around . Took 20/30 mins to walk back from night market area

Fine for one night
Pros:

Free shuttle to and from airport and into city centre. Very helpful and attentive restaurant staff. Nice gym and pool area and nice rooftop bar. Breakfast was good and restaurant is clean and fresh.

Cons:

Not perfectly clean. Rooms need spruce up and deep clean. Eg towels a bit grey, stains on walls and carpets. Reception staff very slow to check in and seemed very confused about the whole process (mixed up rooms etc).
