Charming and attentive staff. Lovely rooftop pool and restaurant.
Nothing
ALL SERVICES SUCH AS FACILITES, FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEANED ROOM. I LIKE THE ONLINE SYSTEM FOR THE SERVICES.
THANK YOU FOR THE EARLY CHECKING IN AND LONG HOURS FOR BREAKFAST.
IT'S NOT MADE ME DISLIKE. I ACCEPTED A FEW WHICH IT'S NOT MY TROUBLE SUCH AS NO ONE STAND BY AT FRONT ENTRANCE ON MY ARRIVAL. (I CARRY A FEW BAGGAGES.) HAVE SOME NOISES FROM OUTSIDE ROOM IN THE MORNING.
THE TEVISION IN # 507 CANNOT SEE. i QUITE NOT SURE THAT IT'S BROKEN OR NOT. PLEASE RECHECK, i FORGOT TO INFORM WHEN I DEPARTED. HOWEVER, THE OVERALL ARE GOOD.
Breakfast was great, staff very helpful. Facilities at hotel was spot on. Shuttles into town hourly. Car even picked us up from where the minivan dropped us when we arrived from Vang Vieng. Nice rooftop bar with singer some nights
Distance from town and nothing around . Took 20/30 mins to walk back from night market area
客室やエントランスが綺麗で洗練されている
スタッフの対応が良かった
街の中心部からは離れている
Free shuttle to and from airport and into city centre. Very helpful and attentive restaurant staff. Nice gym and pool area and nice rooftop bar. Breakfast was good and restaurant is clean and fresh.
Not perfectly clean. Rooms need spruce up and deep clean. Eg towels a bit grey, stains on walls and carpets. Reception staff very slow to check in and seemed very confused about the whole process (mixed up rooms etc).
Really nice hotel. Very clean and a lovely swimming pool. Good breakfast selection. Easy to walk into town along the river, but the hotel also offers a shuttle service.
Minor tweaks would make this 10/10.
This is a classy hotel. In a superb location right on the Mekong River with magnificent sunsets every night! The hotel is quite new and looks it. It's very clean and crisp. It has a lovely pool. A trendy, classy rooftop bar with a great band!
Pay the extra for a river view suite if you can. They are very large with lovely large bathrooms and superb furnishings. You have a nice mini bar, a huge bed with soft comfy pillows. There are two balconies, a comfortable lounge area and a gorgeous white and blue colour scheme. You would swear you were in Paris.
But as always, the staff make a hotel. Everyone from the breakfast staff, the rooftop bar staff, the housekeeping staff, the drivers and the reception staff were exceptional in every way. I would like to make a special mention about Scott at reception. A highly professional and capable young man who assisted me a lot. Nothing was too difficult for him.
The hotel is a little out of town but they have a well organised free shuttle into town all day, every day so with a little planning you have endless, reliable free rides in and out of town. The food in the hotel was superb. The chefs created a large range of dishes representing cuisines from all over the world.
I would recommend the Eastin Hotel to anyone and hope to stay there again in the near future.
- Breakfast is great - choice of various eggs cooked for you, waffles or pancakes, bread, cereal and fruit for westerners.
- Very spacious room, clean and lots of counter-top space to put your things. Shower is powerful and shampoo and body wash are provided. Lovely big bath towels!
- Only 4 sun loungers, 4 small chairs & 6 bar stools at the pool - totally inadequate. Someone else in the reviews raised this as an issue a year ago and the response was 'we'll take it into consideration'. I guess the hotel chose to ignore this. I did speak to reception about the issue and asked if there were more beds/chairs as there wasn't enough. I was told they would speak to the team. No more arrived! For a hotel of this size, the pool area is really lacking - a lot of people want to cool off/relax after a hot day of sightseeing and you just can't. There's also very little shade and just 2 parasols which you can't tilt or move. I feel the hotel chose a minimalistic look over being practical. Really disappointing.
- Went to the rooftop after nowhere at the pool to sit. Whilst the chairs look nice, they are not comfortable to sit in due to the metal back.
-The room was described as having '1 extra-large double bed', it was 2 single beds pushed together. With 2 single duvet covers. It also stated 'seating area' - there was 1 chair for 2 people. Both room 803 & 804 had mould in the corner.
