Amazing view of the pyramids and excellent service

The Room was very spacious. The breakfast was also very well structure. It had both English and local cuisine

Los sitios arqueológicos son maravillosos.
Pros:

El alojamiento, es muy bueno, con habitaciones amplias y limpias . Excelente desayuno. No todas las habitaciones tienen vistas, algunas tienen las ventanas con una película plásticas y no entra la luz. Los baños son limpios, amplios, pero se sale el agua de la ducha.

Cons:

El entorno, es feo, muy sucio y hay mucho desorden.
El transporte solicitado en una oportunidad nos llevó a toda velocidad, un tramo contra el tránsito. Del terror

Once we actually got to the hotel, the stay was pleasant.
Pros:

Inside the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. And the pool area was nice as well as the roof top balcony for viewing the pyramids. Also the buffet breakfast was great.

Cons:

There was a lot of construction around the property making it rather hard for Ubers, taxis and tour buses to get to the front of the hotel.

El personal es caótico, no sé enteran de nada y en nuestro caso hicieron pagar dos veces a nuestros clientes la estancia (luego nos la devolvieron, pero estos problemas en el check in son constantes con ellos.. Para ser una Barceló su atención es muy mala.

Hotel rooms need updating.
Pros:

Pool area is good. Staff are great.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms and especially the bathrooms require a drastic re fitting. Cracks and loose, faulty pieces of bathroom fixtures in both rooms. Just needs a freshen up and it'll be worth of 4+ stars again.
