Приветливый персонал который всегда прийдет на помощь и выполнит любую просьбу, номер чистый, уютный и очень теплый, халаты, тапочки, банные принадлежности- все есть в индивидуальной брендированой упаковке, такие мелочи создают общий уют и прекрасное впечатление!
