The service was outstanding — very welcoming and helpful, from Mohamed at reception to Sayed and the team in the restaurant.
The food was excellent, both at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurants.
The hotel itself was superb — very clean, with great amenities and attention to detail.
The entertainment for the kids was also fantastic and very helpful in keeping them happily occupied.
THe Reception asked also every day if they could support in any way.

Es waren ausgezeichnete Ferien. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets positiv eingestellt. Die Auswahl an Verpflegung war gross. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir von Mohamed Monaem hervorragend betreut – er war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte uns immer weiterhelfen. Das gesamte Areal war jederzeit gepflegt und sauber. 🌴

Recently built hotel. Perfectly maintained and very clean. Family room with a pool on the terrace (swim-up pool room) ideal for peace and quiet. Heated pools at 30°C. Beautiful beach with a pier.
Impeccable service. Attentive and friendly staff. Varied breakfast. Pleasant à la carte restaurants (White Sands, Ginger and Casa Bonita).
Slides enjoyed by our daughter. Possibility to rent golf carts to get around.

Amazing stay. The rooms were a good size and well equipped. The whole resort is well set out, incredibly clean and well maintained with a lot of thought gone into the design. There are lots of amenities with multiple pools, jetty for snorkelling (now complete), water slides, table tennis etc. the most impressive thing was the service which was exceptional, everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive from front office who messaged us before our stay to help us plan our travel from Luxor to the restaurant and bar, pool staff and housekeeping.

The food was great, lots of choice at buffets and the à la carte restaurants (we tried Asian) was very good. Arabic restaurant had big portions and tasty food.

Also the property is very new at only 8 months old so everything is very fresh.

First of all, Mohammed and Abdelrahman who crews of the reception of the JAZ ELITE ASTERIA HOTEL are very kindfull,friendly respectfull and helpfull during our vacation. There are lots of waiters named Moustafa, we met some of them were very helpfull at the restaurants. Khalil and his beautiful personality friends at CASA BONITA MEXICAN RESTAURANT celebrated our son's birthday with local songs as a surprise :) LA DOLCE VITA ITALIAN RESTAURANT crews were very polite and cheerful. Hany, is responsible of our room, asked if we need something during our vacation. There are lots of activities at the theatre square, and very delicious foods all around the world. So of all this reasons we decided to extend our holiday at the same room, number 1101 for 2 days. I suggest everyone JAZ ELITE ASTERIA HOTEL HURGHADA for summer holidays in EGYPT :)

Pros:
The hotel is quite new and very well maintained. The food was very good with a nice variety. During this period the hotel was not very crowded, which made the whole stay very relaxing and comfortable. Overall, the service was good.

I would especially like to mention Mr. Mohamed A. Monaem from the Front Office. He is extremely dedicated and truly cares about the guests. He works very hard to make every guest feel welcome, almost like being at home. Whenever we had a question or needed help, he was always there and solved everything quickly and professionally. His warm attitude and excellent service made a big difference during our stay.

The property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Mohammed, the property manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, and all of the waitstaff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the stay. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and it was overall a wonderful place to stay!

I want to thank hotel for the stay, we wish we could stay longer than 6 days, we had a great relaxing vacation. Hotel in new and all the facilities are fresh, beautiful design, very good service, everyone is helpful and friendly. Good food, in addition to buffet restaurant, there are 5 A la Carte restaurants for dinner. Room was spacious. Animation not too pushy or annoying. The beach is sandy but you need to walk for a while to reach deep waters. Great there is a jetty, you can use to walk towards the deep waters and also enjoy the coral reef - dont forget your snorkelling mask! Sea water temperature in end of February was around 22 degrees- comfy to swim but cold to get out from the water due to the wind - bring a towel or better even a bathrobe! The swimming pools and warmer Jacuzzi have division adults/kids - which was great! Gym was well equipped.
