This was our honeymoon, and although we stayed for only two nights, we had a wonderful experience. Everything was great, and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. It was our first time visiting Egypt, and staying here made such a positive impression on us.

We only wish we’d had time to try the spa! I’d definitely recommend this resort. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special for both of us! 🔥👍👍❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at JAZ Elite Asteria. As a family with two young children, we found everything we needed for an unforgettable holiday. It was the kind of place where both the children and the adults could have fun, relax and truly feel on holiday.

Our swim-up room overlooking the theatre and swimming pools was wonderful. Everything felt new, the food was excellent, and there was plenty of variety. There were also lots of activities and high-quality entertainment for all ages.

A special thank you to Ms Moussaouda, who was always reachable via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. Having such a helpful personal point of contact made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had spent the previous days at JAZ Soma, and for us, this hotel was on another level—honestly, ten times better. We would wholeheartedly recommend it, especially to families with children. A wonderful experience for parents and little ones alike!

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans cet hôtel, où tout était réuni pour vivre des vacances inoubliables. Un établissement magnifique, des piscines superbes, des restaurants variés et délicieux, des animations au top et un service irréprochable. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des clients. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à faire le maximum pour rendre le séjour exceptionnel.
Une mention toute particulière et un immense merci à Massaouda, qui a pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour. Une personne exceptionnelle, d’un grand professionnalisme, toujours souriante, bienveillante, gentille et aux petits soins. Son attention et sa gentillesse ont largement contribué à rendre nos vacances encore plus belles. Merci du fond du cœur, Massaouda, pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour nous ! ❤️

Tout était parfait, le personnel très aimable et les infrastructures très bonnes! Mention pour Massaouda qui a toujours été disponible pour nous. Merci aussi au serveur ibrahim du White Sand très professionnel et aimable.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit schöner Anlage. Das Essen war sehr gut, ebenso eine gute Auswahl an Getränken. Die persönliche Betreuung war sehr gut und zuvorkommend.

Great new hotel with very helpful staff

I really enjoyed my stay at JAZ Elite Asteria. The hotel is new, which was definitely one of the biggest positive points. Everything feels fresh, modern, and well maintained.

The food was very good and I really enjoyed the quality. I would suggest extending dinner until 10:00 PM instead of 9:30 PM. It feels like the staff are waiting for 9:30, and once it reaches that time, everything is removed very quickly. A slightly later and more relaxed dinner service would be much better for guests.

The à la carte restaurants are really great, and I especially enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. The tacos were absolutely amazing! 👍

There are also snacks available in many places around the resort, which is a really nice touch.

The entertainment was good — maybe not the best I have experienced, but the beach party was nice and definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

The staff were very helpful, polite, and professional throughout the hotel. A special thanks to Masssouda from Guest Relation. She was excellent, professional, and always willing to help.

The hotel is really beautiful, food is amazing, facilities, beach, pools, landscapes, rooms, service and staff especially Ms. Masouda she is really helpful and nice...we are absolutely coming back again and again

Otelin denizi muhteşem. Kesinlikle ek bir dalış turuna katılmaya gerek yok. (Tüplü dalış hariç).

Otelin temizliği gerçekten çok çok iyi. Zaten yeni bir otel. Bu otelde konaklamayı düşünenler hiç tereddüt etmeden rezervasyon yapabilirler. Çalışanlar ve özellikle Abanoub Eid bizimle çok ilgilendi. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.
