Pros:

Clean, well located, perfect to explore the traditional part of Cairo. But the highlight is really the staff: Miss Amal went above and beyond to help me whilst I faced serious issues with a delayed luggage. Her kindness and dedication were instrumental in ensuring I had a good continuation of my stay. This is a rare asset for any hotel. Thank you so much!

Lovely clean hotel with Amazing staff
Pros:

The amazing staff! They go above and beyond to assist you with your every need/enquiry.
This is one of the reasons that makes this hotel so great. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast was traditional Egyptian with plenty of food to fill you up every morning. There is also a wonderful old antique lift which is fun to use.
Travelling with children we felt safe and comfortable in what is a busy downtown area of Cairo.
We would especially like to thank Marwan, Amal and Ayah.Words cant express how lovely and friendly they are. They are amazing and always ready to help you with anything no matter how big or small. Our stay was made wonderful because of them
Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be staying here next time we visit Cairo.

Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Kavaltıları gayet güzeldi, hiçbir ricamızı kırmamaya çalıştılar. Hem resepsiyon hem de kahvaltıdaki personelin iyi niyeti yüzlerinden okunuyordu. konum olarak yürüyerek birçok noktaya ulaşmak mümkün.

banyo biraz bakımsızdı ama anlayışla karşılanabilirdi.

Atención, agua y té gratis, localización, desayuno incluido.

Bel établissement, accueillant et attentionné.
Pros:

Hôte très accueillant, autant sympathique qu'attentionné, pour un hôtel situé à moins de 10 minutes en voiture (Uber) du souk principal Al Khalili.
Chambre spacieuse, et bien équipée, à peu près au calme.
Bon petit-déjeuner local.
L'ascenseur qui rappelle le nom de l'hôtel :-)

Cons:

La douche ! Extrêmement étroite, qui inonde l'espace exigü, ce que l'on ne peut l'éviter en l'état.

Hôtel très propre avec personnel très accueillant
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. L'ascenseur pour accéder au 2ème étage. La propreté de la chambre et son calme (la nôtre donnait sur une petite rue adjacente à la grande avenue, très bruyante). Le chauffage début mars et la douche avec bonne pression et eau chaude. La possibilité de se faire livrer des sandwiches ou hamburgers dans la chambre le soir (le restaurant ne fonctionne que le midi). La possibilité de laisser nos sacs pour visiter avant de prendre l'avion.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, pas très varié et mal cuisiné.
