Horrible . Nos devolvieron el dinero

Cons:

Sucio. Habitación ( de luxe) a 200 euros la noche, sucio lavabo, sucios rincones, espejo sucio, gotas de café en el cajón del tocador...fatal. Tomadura de pelo. NO TODO VALE!!!
Anulamos y nos marchamos. Lo único bueno es que nos devolvieron el dinero.
No hay una sola indicación que haga sospechar que entras por la puerta principal del hotel a la recepción. Entrada oscura.

Tekrar gelmem. Tavsiye etmem.
Kahvaltısı güzel , yeterli. Personel güleryüzlü , anlayışlı , her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Çalışanlar arasında Türk var bu bir avantaj.

Cons:

awful room just in front of the reception (not even a meter separates the counter from the door) so you can hear everything happening, people coming and going, breakfast being prepared etc etc… the building isn’t maintained and it looks nothing like the pictures.

It was a place to sleep but not worth the price.
Pros:

Room was big and it had a very good view of the bay.

Cons:

The price for what you get is nowhere near what it should be. Room wasn’t that clean. Location is 1.7m from where everything is, so it’s a long walk.

Freundliches Personal, tolle Aussicht und gute Lage – mit etwas Verbesserung bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung wäre das Pre
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Direkt vor dem Hotel stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch ist. Unser Apartment war schön eingerichtet und die Lage eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt, um Kotor und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool auf der Dachterrasse mit der traumhaften Aussicht über die Bucht – einfach wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können und entsprach für uns nicht ganz dem Preis. Vor unserem Balkon lag leider Müll, was den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die Zimmer sind außerdem recht hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn, insbesondere die Familie über uns, morgens und abends deutlich hören konnte. Auf der großen Dachterrasse gab es leider nur einen Sonnenschirm, wodurch kaum Schatten vorhanden war. Der Pool ist zudem eher flach.

Die blonde Rezeptionistin Ivana war sehr gastfreundlich und die einzige die auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist.

Cons:

Leider waren wir insgesamt enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war sehr schwierig, da weder Englisch noch Serbokroatisch gesprochen wurde. Das Zimmer war teilweise sehr staubig und der Eingangsbereich wirkte ungepflegt – dort lief ständig ein Huhn herum. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend: Die Auswahl war gering und leere Speisen wurden erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung nachgefüllt.

מיטות מזגן טלוויזיה רמת ניקיון נמוכה חדר מיקום אוכל.שום דבר לא היה ברמה סבירה .אחרי שכתבנו שאנחנו לא מוכנים לעוד לילה שם הם הסכימו להחזיר את הכסף.זה הדבר היחיד שיש לי טוב להגיד עליהם.זה לא בדיוק מלון זה בעניין מגורים עם קומבינה של מלון למטה.לישראלים שחושבים ללכת לשם תחשבו טוב טוב.זה מנוהל ובבעלות תורקית ככה שתישמעו רק תורכית מוזיקה תורקית.אם ביתי מצליח לישון בלילה היה לי כח לצלם לכם

Pros:

The location is fairly close to nice beaches. I wouldn't say walking distance cause the building is on a very steep hill so going to a beach is unmanageable on foot. The only Montenegrin speaking employee at the reception was very pleasant and gave us a lot of information on where to go, she was the highlight of our stay and the reason we did not complain on site.

Cons:

Breakfast is very disappointing, as well as cleanliness. The room was okay, but the balcony was very dirty, as well as the curtains in the room. The coffee machine was extremely dirty...
