Very Good Value when using Booking, with Great Food!
Pros:

Derrick checked us in and showed us a couple of different options, he was very friendly and helpful. The room had a fantastic mosquito net (one of the good ones that you can close and open on a track, with a cable to control the net!) and comfortable bed, with a nice hot shower in the wet bathroom. The included breakfast was genuinely delicious, and we ate dinner there at well (reasonable prices) and were happy to have great service from the dining staff. It was clean, a nice experience and we actually wished we could have stayed a bit longer!

Cons:

The only thing I can ding it for slightly is the location. It's pretty far from the center of town and there isn't much at all in the area. Fortunately, the restaurant isn't too expensive and offers good food, so there's not that much reason to go out!

Excellent value for money, clean place for short stay in Mbarara
Pros:

Excellent value for money, close to Mbarara city center, deluxe rooms were super clean, comfortable beds, bathroom basic but very clean, hot water. As we had to leave early in the morning, staff organised breakfast very early at our request. Nice garden, that we could not take advantage of however because of rain season. If you look for a good value for money, practical and clean place to stay, spending one night in Mbararra on your way to somewhere else, this is the place to be.

Water wasn’t working, which was a neighborhood issue. They did provide large jugs of water to bathe though.

Very good
Pros:

Very clean, everything in good condition, friendly and helpful staff. In a quiet location away from the noisy city centre. Really good mosquito nets.

Exceptional
Pros:

The beds were really comfy and the room very clean. Also the people were really helpful and kind! We also had some really nice dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

The location is very serene but be mindful on the road google maps brings you because you can get in some rough and slippery road..but this is not a problem of the hotel really!
