Pros:

Der Check in hat super geklappt. Trotz dem die Rezeption nicht besetzt war.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird an der Renovierung gearbeitet.

Das Personal morgens war sehr bemüht und freundlich! Das Einchecken ohne dass die Rezeption belegt war, hat sehr gut geklappt!

Cons:

Da wir als Paar eingecheckt haben waren wir etwas enttäuscht zwei getrennte Betten vorzufinden! Es war zwar ein Ventilator im Zimmer, dieser verursachte laute Geräusche und es war extrem heiß und stickig, trotz geöffnetem Fenster (Außentemperatur 25°) im Zimmer! Da sehr viel Straßenverkehr herrschte war es auch richtig laut (Straßenseite).

If you are looking to stay at comfortable and clean place near Vienna, but away from the city bustle
Pros:

Room was spacious. I got upgraded to the apartment. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Location is very quiet and in the middle of nature. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

It is a little remote, not too many food choices in the area.

УДОБНО ПЕРЕНОЧЕВАТЬ ПРИ РАННЕМ И ПОЗДНЕМ ПОЛЁТОМ
Pros:

чисто, удобная кровать, хороший завтрак, хорошее обслуживание! Приехали поздно, заселение работало по системе самообслуживания, но всё прошло легко и в соответствии с инструкцией.

Cons:

в ночь нашего приезда в отеле остановились водители, которые пили пиво под окнами и очень шумели. На просьбы быть потише не реагировали.

Gemütliches Hotel in Gramatneusiedl
Pros:

Schönes renoviertes Zimmer, gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz. Wer mit dem Zug nach Wien fahren möchte, am besten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof gehen. Wenn ich wieder mal in der Gegend von GRAMATNEUSIEDL bin, gerne wieder ins Hotel Maria.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage wäre top gewesen, der Ventilator war schon ein wenig hilfreich bei der extremen Sommerhitze. Wer es ruhig haben möchte, sollte bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen.
