Comenzó a filtrar agua en el techo y comenzó a pasar la lluvia y mojo mi maleta con ropa y todo el piso se hizo charco y cuando les reclamé solo dijeron disculpa vamos a reportarlo 😡

Cons:

Como el hotel no me confirmó la reserva, me dijeron que estab sujeto a disponibilidad, felizmente habia habitaciones. Cuando quise pagar con tarjeta de débito, me dijeron que nos cobrarían un 5% de mas.

Nada en especial

Cons:

Inicialmente no me brindaron cochera ( recién fue cuando indique que iba anular la reserva). El personal nada atento, no me ayudaron a trasladar mi equipaje ni en el ingreso ni en la salida. En el desayuno la comida demoró en que esté lista.

No te duches antes de irte

La ubicación, un barrio tranquilo y elegante. La cama.

Cons:

No había agua caliente en la ducha a media mañana. Me dijeron que el agua vendría en media hora y no fue así. Cuando reclamé nuevamente,me dijeron que dejara salir el agua media hora para que saliera caliente y no fue así.

La habitación que me asignaron no guarda relación con las fotos, la puerta de vidrio del baño tenía 1 sola hoja, osea, te bañas y se moja todo el baño, sin ventilacio, el extractor de aire no abastece lo necesario para el baño. Pague por ingreso temprano 50% de un día completo, la persona de recepción no tuvo la consideración de considerarme desayuno, a pesar de haberle dicho que el día de salida me iría a las 5am, se cerró que no me correspondía. No pienso regresar.
