Relaxing vacation
Pros:

My family and me really like the forest view and the feeling of privacy here.
The room and breakfast are food, and the service level is perfect. We had some problem with hot water, so the staff check the shower and helped to moved to another room. Thanks again!
The main thing for us here is the fresh air, so we come here a few times a year.

Cons:

Actually, there is no fridge in the room, but it's not a problem. You may ask reception about ice box and keep your food and drinks there, and it's enough, because tt's freezy outside there at the night time

Pros:

The location is great. I enjoyed the scenery. The resort has a lot to offer. Beautiful places, nice food, choices of restaurant, nice swimming pool. the room design is nice, two bed-room unit with sofa area and a large balcony.

Cons:

The wifi was poor, hot shower in one of the rooms did not work. The mattresses would have looked cleaner if they were in white instead of grey. I ordered food to my room on the first day and they were packed in plastic!

Blanket/ towel should have better . Garden in bathroom should cut down as a lot animal inside .

Location and View were outstanding!! Feel in paradise!
Pros:

Location and view were amazing !! Accommodation and layout concept were very nice.

Cons:

Bathroom / shower room in the room can improve more( including cleaning) for foreigner. Khmer people were enjoying and felt perfect.
Only 2 Quadro were working. Most of them were broken.

Beautiful rest away from the city with a great breakfast. Being able to walk out on trails on our own with a marked map
Pros:

The resort sits in Kirirom national park next to a few others. The location is beautiful and the 'igloos' are spacious and comfortable each with its own veramdah.

Cons:

When you enter the national park you have to pay a fee as a foreigner. We were really hoping to get to do some trekking along forest trails. However, seems as if you can't do anything in the resort besides swimming without paying for it. For such a remote place it would make sense to activities like badminton etc for free to keep visitors busy on a rainy day. All activities need to be paid for however. I understand needing to charge for hiring bikes and buggy's but walks and simple games should be free.

Relaxing, and serene place.
Pros:

The property is quiet high, and the views of the mountain is beautiful.

Cons:

A delay on the cleaning process during the arrival.

Neat and clean resort with beautiful mountain views
Pros:

Beautiful mountain location and views, friendly staff, neat and clean rooms and facilities.

Cons:

WiFi at the resort was non-existent. At first we attributed the poor WiFi signal to the remote mountain location. Until we discovered that the nearby eateries had strong WiFi.

A wonderful place in a wonderful setting
Pros:

The payout of the whole resort meant you felt like you had plenty of space and privacy. The “igloo” rooms were quirky and we liked them. The staff were first class and could not do more to help. The food in the restaurants was incredibly tasty. We loved the setting too which was peaceful and beautiful.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe a small fridge in the room would have been helpful but nothing less.

Nice place for a night stay
Pros:

Nice place to enjoy the scenery from the hill top

Cons:

The swimming pool was under construction. But the hotel didn’t care to inform during the booking. Staff is nice but couldn’t help us to arrange a tour to see nearby places. We got stuck for three days in the hotel and couldn’t enjoy the surroundings.
