A fantastic place to escape the busy city. The fresh mountain air, peaceful surroundings, and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Why didn't you check the room? There was no food left in the room. And this morning you even charged me for a piece of cake?
I don't have time to go into details right now. I've stayed at many hotels on Booking.com, and none of them are like yours. You didn't state "breakfast not included," but I clearly saw that breakfast was included in the room rate.
Furthermore, this morning when we asked for breakfast vouchers, you didn't stop me from eating. I assumed you provided breakfast. If you insist on charging, I can give you $5 plus a bad review. Does your hotel only accommodate Cambodians? None of you speak Chinese, yet you're saying it's because I don't understand English. You're now blaming the customer instead of reflecting on your own shortcomings? The hot water in your room ran out in 2-3 minutes. Why didn't you apologize? There was no food or chargeable amenities in your room, yet you told me I had to pay? Why didn't you apologize? What kind of service is this?
To save money, you don't even provide toothbrushes? I came to your place last night to ask about conditioner, and you gave them all the necessary items. Why didn't you ask me if I needed any? What did you provide for $59? No hot water, incomplete amenities, no pre-paid items, and you want to charge me at checkout? Not a single apology, just constant emphasis on breakfast? Do you think I need three eggs and a bowl of noodles?
None of your hotel staff speak Chinese. Your hotel did not state on the platform whether breakfast is included. Your hotel room amenities are incomplete, yet you tell me it's for environmental protection. Why don't you take the blankets away too? Washing blankets also affects the environment?
The staff were helpful and friendly during my entire stay. I appreciated their polite manner and willingness to support guests. The service quality was generally satisfying.

We loved the forest area and views on the mountains. the facilities were good too with the ability to use the other pools from the neighbouring resorts
It was very crowded up the mountain and not a lot of paths to go for a walk in the forest by yourself. We also would have loved to have a fridge in our room but the staff very kindly offered us to use their fridge in the reception.

The room and breakfast are food, and the service level is perfect. We had some problem with hot water, so the staff check the shower and helped to moved to another room. Thanks again!
The main thing for us here is the fresh air, so we come here a few times a year.
Actually, there is no fridge in the room, but it's not a problem. You may ask reception about ice box and keep your food and drinks there, and it's enough, because tt's freezy outside there at the night time
The location is great. I enjoyed the scenery. The resort has a lot to offer. Beautiful places, nice food, choices of restaurant, nice swimming pool. the room design is nice, two bed-room unit with sofa area and a large balcony.
The wifi was poor, hot shower in one of the rooms did not work. The mattresses would have looked cleaner if they were in white instead of grey. I ordered food to my room on the first day and they were packed in plastic!

Smell of the room , it is moss , should have aroma oil smell and thick blanket .

Location and view were amazing !! Accommodation and layout concept were very nice.
Bathroom / shower room in the room can improve more( including cleaning) for foreigner. Khmer people were enjoying and felt perfect.
Only 2 Quadro were working. Most of them were broken.
