位置搭公車很方便～～
晚上夜景很漂亮！
房間空間乾淨寬敞！

Cons:

隔音比較差一點點，但是還可以接受的程度！
BTW是偏硬的床～～

有窗戶、太陽很棒，其餘普通
Pros:

大樓一樓蠻明亮的，電梯有兩座樓層多有時需要等候。還算可以放心的環境。浴室有乾濕分離，有窗戶可以看到河，早上房間也曬的到太陽，在台北非常難得~

Cons:

環境角落稍微不乾淨有明顯的灰塵，剛入住地板中間就有刺腳的小石頭，不過價格算是還可以接受，不能要求太多，如果對環境非常在意的人不太建議入住
