Lokalita je super, majitel by měl zapracovat na službách.

Příjezd v 16:30 - neuklizený pokoj, i když checkin byl možný od 14 hod, restaurace v provozu jen čt-ne, nemohli jsme si přikoupit snídani - na booking.com jsme vybírali ubytování s možností snídaně, nedostatečně vybavená kuchyně (chyběla konvice na čaj, jen 3 čajové lžičky), chyběl smetáček s lopatkou na běžný úklid, mýdlo bylo jen v jedné koupelně, málo věšáčků na oblečení, ve skříni rozbitá ramínka. Dostali jsme jen jeden klíč od apartmánu. 2 dny byly ve vstupním prostoru hotelu umístěné vozíčky se špinavým prádlem.

Nur unter zudrücken mehrerer Augen auszuhalten. Werde ich sicher nicht noch einmal buchen.

Das Personal, was nur am ersten Tag anwesend war, war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die reservierten Parkplätze waren nicht verfügbar. Das Restaurant war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes geschloßen, es gab weder Frühstück noch Abendessen! Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr Schlecht und Minimalistisch. Im Badezimmer kein Haken, keine Ablegefläche! Heizkörper nicht entlüftet, liefne nur halbe Kraft! Das zugesagte zweite Zimmer war nur mit zwei uralten Liegen ausgestattet, kein Schrank, kein Haken, keine Nachttischlampe. Im anderen Schlafzimmer waren die Betten ebenfalls nur notdürftig repariert. Die Handtücher sehr alt und nicht richtig sauber, wurden trotz Zusage nie getauscht und es erfolgte auch keine Zimmerreinigung zwischendurch.Fajrstuhl nur bis zweite Etage, Treppen sehr beschwerlich zu benutzen. Alles in allem waren wir von der Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht!

Apartmán čistý

Cons:

Při dotazu možnost zakoupeni snídaní, nám bylo ofpivezeno, že můžeme doobjednat na mistě. Tan nalm bylo řečeno, že snidaně nedělaji. Kdybychom to věděli dřive, nakoupime potraviny v Praze. Na mistě je vše o dost drazši a né takový výběr.

Silvestr na horách
Pros:

Pokoj byl připravený mnohem dříve než byl check-in. Pro naše účely úplně vyhovující. Pokoj jsme využívaly jen na přespání. Dostatek úložného prostoru, pohodlná tvrdší matrace, super tři radiátory pro sušení oblečení po bobování. Koupelna vyhovující, uvítaly bychom fén, možná bylo možné ho půjčit na recepci, nezjišťovaly jsme. Z okna byly vidět silvestrovské ohňostroje. Paní recepční byla velmi milá a ochotná, když jsme potřebovaly nechat zavazadla do doby odjezdu v hotelu.

Cons:

Z chodby bylo do pokoje vše slyšet. V ubytovací části byla cítit restaurace. Tu jsme nevyzkoušely.
