Típico lodge para turistas tipo "safari". Pero la situación es excelente, muy cerca del pueblo y lago. Los hipopótamos se pasean de noche por el jardín. Solo por eso ya merece la pena.

The food was fresh and homemade, which really stood out. The overall atmosphere and amenities made my stay truly enjoyable.

Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis par toute l’équipe, notamment Gérald et Robert, que nous remercions chaleureusement.
Le lodge est en pleine nature, on entend les hippopotames la nuit — une vraie immersion sauvage !
Nous avons logé dans un grand chalet, calme, à quelques mètres du bâtiment principal.
Tous les repas étaient excellents, du petit-déjeuner au dîner — un rapport qualité-prix remarquable.
Une très belle expérience, que je recommande vivement !

An unforgettable stay at Euphorbia, right in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
We received a warm welcome from the whole team, especially Gerald and Robert — thank you both!
The lodge is surrounded by nature, and we could hear hippos at night — a truly wild experience!
We stayed in a spacious, quiet chalet just a few meters from the main building.
All meals were excellent, from breakfast to dinner — great value for money.
A fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

Лодж хорош за свои деньги. Бунгало довольно скромные, завтрак тоже. Но самое главное преимущество - это расположение. Да сектора Касени всего 10 минут.

Location of lodge, animals in grounds

We had an amazing time here. The first night our car got stuck in the park due to rain and mud. The team immediately came to rescue us. The food is amazing and very reasonable priced. The staff is kind and helpfull. We had never seen a leopard untill one of the hosts took us the last morning on a short gamedrive and guided us to a sleeping leopard in a tree, it was amazing to see. Also, they escorded us every night to our lodge. Footprints (from lion, leopard, hippo's, elephants!!) are all over the terrain. If you are very lucky, you might see one of these animals near your lodge.

Quiet - the only sounds are those of animals (even heard a lion in the distance)

First of all we would like to thank Euphorbia staff and all community welcoming us so warmly. We were the only quests in the lodge and therefore it was even a bit embarrassing to have so many people looking after us, not used to such level of attention and hospitality but it was very much appreciated. The banda where we stayed for 3 nights was very comfortable and spacious with private bathroom and 2 comfortable wide beds. The food was delicious, the best we had during our entire trip to Uganda. But the most important thing was the location: the lodge is located in Kasenyi peninsula which is the richest area in QENP for game drives and it was especially good for morning safari not to wake early because of long drive. Driving 5 km from the village we already saw hippos and pumbas moving around, not to mention antelopes and every kind of goats and smaller animals. We also met lions and leopard with babies in this area of the park. In overall I would definitely stay again when visiting this park in the future and strongly recommend when choosing the place to stay to discover QENP.

The food was lovely, the staff were so kind and helpful. We were a part of 3 adults and 4 kids, so had 3 bedrooms - 2 in each and one room with an extra bed for 3 of us. It was good value for money, the lodge is still getting established and is currently a great option for those looking for their money to go a longer way. Great to stay right on the edge of the park.

The staff are really everything you would want in service and the food was excellent. The environment is great for relaxation, the camp fire is an experience for especially modern children who experience it less or never. I would recommend them over and over. And Yes, the animals come by anytime.
