Beautiful property, but our stay was overshadowed by significant service and food safety concerns.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern architecture, well-maintained grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The reception team was consistently polite and professional, and the hotel has great potential to offer an excellent guest experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by two significant issues. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with continuous technical noise and lost a large part of our first day waiting to relocate, packing and unpacking again. More concerning, on two consecutive mornings we observed what appeared to be live larvae in the orange juice, despite reporting the issue immediately after the first occurrence. Although the hotel took corrective measures, the repeated incident understandably affected our confidence. While the reception staff were courteous throughout our stay, we felt the overall handling of these issues did not reflect the standards we expected from a Hyatt-affiliated property.

מלון מרשים, מעוצב ויוקרתי מאוד. מה שתראו בתמונות, זה מה שתקבלו.
Pros:

מלון מושקע ומהמם. רמה גבוהה של עיצוב ואבזור.
הבריכות, הספא, חדר הכושר וחדר האוכל ברמה מאוד גבוהה וממליץ מאוד,
אם אתם רוצים תחושה אחרת בחופשה.

Cons:

המחירים שרשומים בתפריט של הרום סרוויס לא תואמים את מה שיקבלתי בחשבונית,
ובנוסף הם מחייבים 20 יורו על זה שמביאים לכם את האוכל לחדר. זה לא רשום בשום מקום
ולאחר שתהלוננתי, זיכו אותי. אז קחו את זה בחשבון.

הדרך אל המקום עובר בכבישים צרים ומרעישים ולמעשה כל יציאה שלכם מהמלון להתסובב מחייבת רכב,
ומצריך נסיעה באותם כבישים.

** טיפ חשוב מאוד, אל תנסו לקצר משבילי כורכר כמוני, זה מאריך את הדרך ויש בורות.
אם שכרתם רכב נמוך... זה ממש לא טוב.

מקום שקט ופסטורלי, מושלם לחופשת בטן גב רגועה, נוף מהמם, חדרים מהממים, נקיים ונוחים

Cons:

יש הרבה חרקים אבל אין מה לעשות, זה ככה בכל האי. חייב רכב, כל יציאה מהמלון זה כ10 דקות נסיעה לכביש המהיר הכוללת כ1 ק״מ בשביל עפר שמתאים גם למכונית רגילה

Pros:

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful time.
If you need peace, time to reset your body and mind, this is the right place.
The room was spacy, the food great, the view extraordinary. The manager Mr Kiriakos is very friendly and interesting man. He told us about the wonderful family owned business of olive oil in the proximity of the hotel so we came home with some "pieces of Greece" to remember all year round 😊
