Pros:

Czysty pokój, miła obsługa super udogodnienia typu basen czy kręgle.Smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Zamówiony pokój był łóżko podwójne +sofa dostaliśmy pokój tylko z łóżkiem.
Brak suszarki do włosów.
Bardzo kiepsko z różnorodnością języków zwłaszcza że hotel jest na granicy i polski powinien być tu perfekt.

Pobyt w tym hotelu niestety zaliczam do bardzo nieudanych. Już przy meldunku zostałem niemile zaskoczony – o ile okazanie dowodu osobistego jest zupełnie normalną procedurą, o tyle żądanie dokumentów i adresów zamieszkania od wszystkich odwiedzających było zupełnie nieuzasadnione i nad wyraz wścibskie. W żadnym innym hotelu, ani w Polsce, ani za granicą, nie spotkałem się z taką praktyką. Pani z recepcji wykazywała się brakiem taktu i profesjonalizmu, przez co już na samym początku pobytu czułem się niekomfortowo.

Pokój teoretycznie był schludny, ale to niestety jedyny jego plus. Za cenę 300 zł za noc oczekiwałem znacznie wyższego standardu. Drzwi nie domykały się prawidłowo, spłuczka w toalecie była uszkodzona, a słuchawka prysznicowa ledwo działała i wyglądała, jakby miała za sobą kilkanaście lat użytkowania. Wystrój przypominał raczej lata 90., a nie nowoczesny hotel, którym obiekt próbuje się reklamować. Poza ręcznikami i kilkoma szklankami nie znalazłem w pokoju żadnych udogodnień.

Hotel chwali się basenem, który w rzeczywistości jest malutkim zbiornikiem wielkości większej wanny (ok. 3x2 metry), więc trudno tu mówić o jakimkolwiek relaksie. Sauna również rozczarowuje – dostępna tylko w wybrane dni i w ograniczonych godzinach.

Podsumowując – hotel nie spełnił podstawowych oczekiwań, zarówno pod względem obsługi, jak i wyposażenia. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest fatalny. Zdecydowanie nie polecam i na pewno tu nie wrócę.
