Oven dirty could not use some nights were cold no heating inconciderent parking as i had to pay extra 20 pound there for 10 nights no bed change no cleaning
The bed had been remade but the linen had not been changed.
The kitchen
The shared room is not well equipped such as TV is not a smart one . Sockets very few, no hangers in cupboard no bin in room
It was a very quiet area, the room was spacious and clean, I had full access to the kitchen and washing facilities, which were very good. The lady caretaker was very nice and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again.
I always want to feel comfortable and welcomed and The Rushdon done exactly that. Thank you for such a lovely quiet home with a comfortable bed to get great sleep.
Kitchen had everything I needed so I could make my meals. It was a wonderful experience.
Wow the room was so spacious. The house was clean and tidy through-out with a large kitchen which was well equipped. A great home from home stay which was lovely.

The fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks with smelly food & grime inside! The overall cleaning standards here are so poor we couldn’t wait to leave. We booked a room for 2 & was given 1 old towel to share between us for a whole week. The rooms are advertised as Deluxe & are not that! The room had a very uncomfortable metal frame bed, a tiny TV, 1 scruffy old piece of furniture, & a metal clothes rail. None of which could ever be described as deluxe?? It would be generous to describe it as a standard, it was so basic & without comforts. The owners are out of touch too with how bad their cleaner is, as they sent out an email suggesting we had not cleaned up after ourselves in the kitchen? Very offending as we had spent the week not wanting to touch anything it was so germ ridden, so we had barely been in there & cooked nothing. Seeing our invoice we had paid a cleaning fee within the booking price also, but no real cleaning is being done at this property! It had an Unfriendly atmosphere too like whoever was living there didn’t want guests sharing the house. The toilet kept being left unflushed with urine around the seat, the bath tub looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The shelves, window ledges etc were all dirty. It was all unclean when we arrived & still the same 1 week later when we left. I then after leaving received a request for £120 for a blocked toilet?? Which i just assumed was a scam as we did not blocked any toilet? An awful place that should be avoided!
