The property and staff were fantastic. The only reason for a 4 star on the property condition is that they were presently doing some maintenance on the property but that didn't get in our way. The staff was excellent and friendly, gave us tips on where to go and provided a laundry service for us. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros!
Dining everywhere. Safe walking around at night. Property had two pools and a large jacuzzi pool on the rooftop. Very attentive on supplied wonderful breakfast.

Stairs felt unsafe every time I walked on them..
Good experience but with a few important details : broken sun umbrella by the pool, window hublot in the room not clean, visible cleaning or logistics products next to my room..

The property was recently renovated. It looks absolutely beautiful. The pool area is very nice beautiful lounges very nice area. Perfect for families to stay perfect for honeymooners. Area surrounding it is very walkable very nice.

Hotel nuevo bien ubicado en centro histórico
Lugar comodo para descansar en Cartagena. Habitación justa para una pareja.
Hotel muy bien ubicado dentro de la muralla de la ciudad de Cartagena, muy buena atencion de parte de los encargados, limpio en su estado general.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas, dos personas con dos maletas y dos carry on no podiamos abrir. No hay espacio para guardar la ropa, no hay ninguna silla en la habitacion, hay una pared en el cuarto y en el baño que se cae la caliza.
La caja de seguridad no esta asegurada a ningun lado, el desayuno es básico, buena fruta, cafe y huevo frito o revuelto con arepa o pan tostado (en terminos generales bien pero no hay variedad si te quedas varios dias)
No me volveria a quedar alla, vi muchas otras opciones mejores.
Everything perfect
The staff was friendly, the administrator Angel went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Carmen prepared a lovely breakfast. My only disappointment was that I reserved a deluxe room with a king size bed and upon arrival was given a small room with a queen bed. I had to sleep in the small room the first night. The following day I found out that their was a suit available with a king size bed and I was not offered it the first night. They preferred compromising my comfort instead of having a happy guest. Most unfortunate.
El personal fue genial. Nos ayudaron con todas nuestras inquietudes y siempre hicieron todo lo posible por hacernos sentir como en casa. La piscina y el area de la terraza si estaba un poco descuidada. Las habitaciones están un poco pequeñas pero el resto el hotel es un lujo. El desayuno fue de lo mejor.
La casa esta genial, limpia ordenada y muy bonita, estuvimos 3 días, lo unico que falto fue hacer limpieza 1 de los 3 días como minimo.
