Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna. Szybko zaproponowano nam korzystne rozwiązanie sytuacji w przypadku małego zawirowania z pokojami. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest naprawdę dobry, pokoje są bardzo czyste, śniadania smaczne. Nasz host - Marina oraz jej koledzy z obsługi błyskawicznie reagowali na prośby oraz starali się dostosować do gości - przyjmując ich "zachcianki" śniadaniowe na przykład. Lokalizacja również jest bardzo dogodna, w 10 min można dotrzeć do piramid, a w ok. 25 min. do większego "centrum" z supermarketem i sklepami.
Warto upewnić się, czy restauracja o której jest napisane w opisie obiektu działa w danym okresie. Lokalizacja basenu na dziedzińcu sprawia, że pełni on raczej funkcję dekoracyjną. Ściany są dość cienkie.

Tutto ci è piaciuto: ma è da sapere che la pulizia delle camere funziona come nei B&B (non giornaliera).
La situación del hotel está bien. Pero el barrio no tiene nada más que cercanía a las Pirámides y GEM. Para buscar un sitio de cenar o pasear no hay casi nada.
El edificio y las habitaciones está muy bien, pero necesita mantenimiento.
Nuestra estancia en este hotel no cumplió del todo con las expectativas. Las fotografías resultan algo confusas: la piscina exterior es decorativa y la interior estaba cerrada por temporada, algo que no se indicaba claramente.
Las vistas tampoco se ajustan a lo anunciado, ya que no se aprecian las pirámides. En cuanto a la habitación, encontramos problemas de olor en los baños y en uno de los dormitorios, lo que hizo la estancia menos agradable.
El desayuno fue bastante básico, con poca variedad y calidad mejorable.
Como punto positivo, queremos destacar la amabilidad de Marina en recepción, que fue muy atenta en todo momento.
En general, creemos que hay margen de mejora para que la experiencia esté más acorde con lo que se ofrece.

The hotel was well located, very close to the pyramids. They serve breakfast from 7 to 10, which is very good when you want to see the main attractions early in the morning. Wi-fi worked really well, beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet for sleeping, and showers were very good. We had bottled water, a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. Ahmed helped us with a driver, a good guide, restaurants, and everything we needed, all according to our requests. He was nice and helped us without forcing anything. We were with friends, two families of 4 and 3 people. We are originally from Brazil, but living in South Africa. We even asked for a late check out and he allowed us without charging anything extra. I totally recommend this hotel.
Nothing to complain about.
It's a quiet space amidst the many Giza hotels! Once you enter the gates, it's a different world! The staff is also very friendly and helpful which makes your stay really worthwhile! The location is not too far from the pyramids .
Definitely good value for what you pay! Don't think twice.
The property needs a bit of upkeep. My room verandah hadn't been cleaned. And no restaurant!

È in posizione ottima. Ci hanno organizzato autista e guida per tutti e 4 i giorni così da poter visitare con facilità tutto quello che abbiamo chiesto.
Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo forse il buffet della colazione poteva essere più assortito.

A very convenient location for visitors to the Giza complex, Dahshur, Saqqara, Memphis, and the Grand Museum, close to Khufu pyramid. Compared to other hotels, it is quiet place (no street noise) and there are no camel stands (with the corresponding smell) outside the windows. Several restaurants are nearby (including one on the roof of the neighboring building with a view of the pyramid). The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is clean, includes bottled water, slippers, individual toiletries, comfortable mattresses. Breakfast offers something for everyone. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay for a few days.
The room has a rather strong, persistent air freshener smell. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and reception noises can be heard through the door. The shower lacks a hose and shower head (only a "rain shower" from the ceiling), making it uncomfortable for children. Shower caps are also missing.
De locatie. Het is grim rusting en niet zo feel law aan, omdat het niet direct aan de wet zit.

La colazione rispetto a quanto indicato non era sulla terrazza vista piramidi. Poca chiarezza nei prezzi.
La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata positiva.
L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla e silenziosa via dalla quale non arriva il rumore delle macchine e si trova vicino all'ingresso alle Piramidi.
Le nostre stanze erano confortevoli e pulite. I bagni erano grandi e con asciugamani di qualità.
Lo staff alla reception è stato cordiale e professionale.
Sulla terrazza c'è un buon ristorante con una bella vista sulle piramidi, dove è possibile pranzare o cenare.
Un consiglio da prendere come spunto per migliorare il servizio offerto:
la colazione viene servita in un ambiente a piano terra (vicino alla reception) che non è un gran che; e la colazione di per se non rispecchia appieno i gusti degli italiani; per il prezzo che uno paga per la camera, la colazione dovrebbe essere più ricca e di maggior qualità.
Inoltre, gli altri hotel nelle vicinanze, per soggiorni di due o più notti, offrono il trasferimento gratuito dall'areoporto all'hotel.
Se l'hotel migliorasse questi due servizi, il prezzo richiesto sarebbe più giusto e in linea con gli hotel nelle vicinanze.
A special thank you to the driver who waited at the airport late at night and kindly stayed an additional two hours due to our delayed flight and airport procedures. It was truly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier.
I am also very grateful to the reception staff member who shared recommendations about places to visit — not from a typical tourist perspective, but from the point of view of a local resident. That made the experience much more authentic and special.
The rooms and towels were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have bottled water available in the room.
The inner courtyard is very beautiful and features a lovely swimming pool. When booking, I would highly recommend requesting a room with a balcony facing the courtyard, as it makes the stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we did not receive one. 😊
When booking the hotel, I sent a separate email requesting a room with two separate beds, as I was traveling with a teenager. This request was confirmed. However, upon arrival in the middle of the night, I was informed that such a room was not available and that we would receive a double bed with an extra bed added. As it was very late, I had no real choice but to accept this arrangement after being told there were no other options.
Once we went to sleep, we discovered that the small room’s window faced an internal kitchenette area, from which there was noise and cigarette smoke. As we were staying for four nights, I insisted on receiving the room we had originally booked. The next morning, we were moved to the correct room - thank you very much for that!
Unfortunately, the new room did not have any toilet paper upon arrival. When leaving for the day, we placed a request for the room to be cleaned. However, neither our room nor our neighbors’ room was cleaned that day. The cleaning was done only the following day.
Additionally, the breakfast food was cold. Although there was a microwave available, we expected warm, freshly served food rather than reheated meals.
I hope this feedback will help you improve the service experience for future guests.
