Exceeded my expectations, central location very spacious!
Pros:

I rarely give 10/10 stars. However, this property was fantastic! Amenities were given, and recommendations were made for breakfast and dinner in the local area. As we only had 2 people, we had an extra two beds, which was nice. A coin-operated laundry machine was handy, and it was the only one on the floor. The check-in process was simple and easy to use. The beds were very comfy, and although we didn't use the kitchen facilities, having a microwave and fridge/freezer was handy. This property would be great for solo, couples and families. I believe they also had an expandable bit to the apartment which could house another two beds (total of 6 people). I was very happy with the stay, with clear instructions being sent prior to check-in. The location was 60 60-second walk over the bridge to the Nagasaki train station, with convenience stores about a 30-second walk away too.

Cons:

The only downside is that for additional people who are with you, they must have their physical passports to check in. In our case, we were friends travelling separately at different times and didn't have him at check-in, which made it difficult.
