Kitchen large , has a lot of equipment but a kettle would be beneficial.

The fridge in the room needs to be replaced as it freezes everything even on the lowest setting.
Also makes a humming noise which is annoying through the night .
I only had 2 mini showers in 5 days as the water pressure was minimal. No hot or warm water at all . They didn’t say they had hot water in the description but if you are North American you expect it ( l told the manager this )
Security seems to be high as you are given 7 keys ( really only need 3 ) .To arrive initially it’s quite the procedure to get in with lock box codes etc ,my driver helped me otherwise it could have been frustrating.
Going in and out can take a while with having to lock and relock 2 gates and possibly the front door as well .
You really need a car if you want to go nearer the Hotel Zone which will take 35-40mins depending on traffic.
The local busses looked packed to me but it is doable .
The friendly and very responsive owners, great location in a friendly neighbourhood with plenty of food options and public transit to get around.
Their were a lot of keys to get in, but the instructions were clear on the Checkin notice

Tutto falso !!! Appena arrivato non si apre la cassetta della chiave con il codice. Quindi io aspettando fuori in strada fuori il cancello, chiamo per telefono, e mi rispondono se volevo aspettare per telefono cone avrebbero risolto il problema. Riprovo a fare il codice e forzando molto forte la cassetta si apre. APRO LA CASSETTA E DENTRO MON CERA LA CHIAVE DEL CANCELLO ! Quindi avviso per telefono che non esisteva la chiave del cancello nella cassettina. Mi risponde di aspettare un attimo. A QUESTO PUNTO IL SOGGETTO SCOMPARE E NON RISPONDE PIU AL TELEFONO PER OLTRE 2 ORE. Io continuo ad aspettare fuori al cancello ed al telefono non risponde piú nessuno. Quindi gli scrivo un messaggio su whatsapp, avvisandoli che il giorno successivo li avrei denunciati per truffa, all'ufficio in difesa dei consumatori PROFECO. A questo punto dopo 15 minuti il soggetto mi scrive in whatsapp che hanno annullato il pagamento e quindi avrei dovuto trovarmi altro alloggio. QUESTA ATTIVITÁ É UNA FRODE, STARE ALLA LARGA. Io li ho denunciati e chiedo risarcimento danni per tutti i danni che mi ha arrecato, per trovare altro hotel piu caro, pagando taxi etc. Ho aperto una posizione anche in booking, dove hanno provveduto a trovarmi altro hotel, pagando la stessa cifra, rimborsandomi l'eccedenza che ho pagato nel nuovo hotel.

Bien situé dans un quartier typique loin des hordes de touristes.
Le petit déjeuner, très copieux, est servi 100m plus loin dans un petit café très sympa.
Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude ni au lavabo ni sous la douche et la douche n'offrait qu'un simple filet sous lequel il est impossible de se doucher.
La piscine mentionnée dans l'annonce est inexistante mais s'avère être une bassine de 2x1 mètres.

Mancanza totale dell'acqua calda, mancanza del coperchio del water, pulizia migliorabile, odore sgradevole all'interno della stanza e lavatrice con costi a parte quando fra i servizi compresi era menzionata la lavatrice.
Very nice house with clear instructions to get in which allows for late check in. The tenant was very responsive. The room and bathroom is comfortable, with a nice terrasse for the morning sun. Location is nice too and walking distance from Mercato28. Only stayed a night as I was taking a plane but could have stayed more for sure!
The key system is difficult in the sense that there are many keys on the keychain and it took me some time to figure out how to get in and out. Factor in some extra time when leaving :)

Very small everything - room, bed, bathroom. No table, no hot water. I had long stay 1 month, for this time was no time cleaning room or changing tower and bed.
Nice and clean room, kitchen is big with everything you need anz spasios leaving room( common area). House is in a quiet area, close to supermarked and transport.
It was some issues either key box when cgecking in, but it was solved fast withvthe owner. And some issues withvtge toalett were fixed next day. Very good communication eith owner.
