Nice and new hotel
Pros:

Completly refurbish few years ago, modern anf efficient 4 stars hotel. Staff gentle and smiling. A place where you can return . Very usefull car parking inside. Stunning soaps in the shower!

Cons:

A bit small the single bedroom.

Cons:

Podkrovní pokoj, zkosený strop, téměř nad postelí. Vzhledem k tomu, že byl pokoj deklarován jako deluxe dost neodpovídající stav. V koupelně byla velká zima, vzhledem k tomu, že pokoj byl až na konci chodby a pod střechou, bylo tam opravdu dost chladno.

Ubytování bylo opravdu pěkné, jenom postele jsou moc vysoké,připadala jsem si jak na nebesích s rizikem pádu. Manžel byl s postelí spokojený.

Cons:

Nelíbila se nám snídaně. Na to , že jedna snídaně stála 250,- Kč, kvalita byla mizerná. Ani jednou se obsluha nepřišla podívat,jestli není třeba něco doplnit,jestli něco nechybí. Byli jsme velice zklamání.

Hotel je moderní, dole příjemná moderní restaurace, milý personál, v rámci ubytování welcome drink:) Velmi dobrý snídaňový bufet. A rozhodně doporučuji
návštěvu místního zámku Karlova Koruna, prohlídka je velmi zajímavá, předčila naše očekávání.

for such hot summer the hotel rooms NEED airco...this is not 4 star...
Pros:

The hotel makes a very good first impression. The building looks elegant, with a spacious entrance hall and a large restaurant area. There is a small parking lot behind the hotel, which was convenient, and overall the setting was very quiet and peaceful.

The atmosphere inside feels classic and calm, which makes it an attractive place to arrive at. It’s clearly a property with character and potential, especially for guests looking for a quiet environment.

Cons:

Booked this place expecting four-star comfort, got a heat endurance challenge instead. With 35 °C outside, I was put under the roof in a room with no air conditioning. Three nights of “free sauna access” later, I was sleep-deprived and exhausted. Fans were provided, but they only pushed the hot air around.

When I asked for another room, I was told the hotel was full — even though the parking lot had only two cars. By Monday morning, it turned out I was literally the only guest. To top it off, the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, so I came back starving with no food available.

The staff were polite and tried to help, but the gap between what’s advertised and what’s delivered is simply too wide. Four stars on paper, maybe. In reality: just sweat and disappointment.

Skvělý zážitek!
Pros:

Po všech stránkách skvělý zážitek! Byli jsme ubytováni v apartmá, které bylo moderně a velice vkusně zařízeno a skvěle vybaveno. Samozřejmě čisté. Totéž platí o celém hotelu. Krásná a moderně zařízená je i samotná restaurace, jídlo výborné! Personál velice příjemný. Hotel Grand řadím mezi nejlepší, ve kterých jsem byl prozatím ubytován (nejen v Česku). Do Chlumce jezdíme pravidelně, zde jsme byli poprvé. Příště je to pro nás jasná volba.

Nic mě nenapadá.

Pros:

Hezký a čistý hotel s příjemným personálem. Vynikající večeře a velmi dobré snídaně ze spíše kvalitnějších surovin. Jen je potřeba počítat s menším pokojem pro pár. Je to na přespání, ale ne na nějaké větší trávení času na pokoji.
