Pros:

Staff were excellent. Really helpful with all our typical tourist requests, good follow-through and good recommendations.

Cons:

5 Stars from me. Perfect in Everyway and Hope to Return.
Pros:

Loved my stay here. My room was beauty and very clean. Enjoyed the two pools with lots of sun lounges available. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and plentiful with gorgeous views to enjoy.
I also had a dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the seabream that had been caught that same day which was delicious and very fresh.
The staff were all very helpful and attentive.

La amabilidad del personal..reservamos la habitacion the house y la decoracion y la terraza son excepcionales. A 10 minutos de paseo al centro del pueblo skopelos, frente al mar y con mas tranquilidad que en el centro. La.actividad de bailes griegos increíble, por parte de una familia que se nota que lo hace por tradición y amor.

Lots to like but a very poor room.
Pros:

This small holiday village hotel is very well located about a 10 minute walk from the Town centre. It has great views across the Bay towards the town with a breakfast room/restaurant with excellent views. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a small gift provided on arrival. There are two small swimming pools and the grounds are well maintained . The breakfast was very good. We didn’t try the restaurant as, being slightly out of town it was very quiet with not a lot of atmosphere.
The part that let the Hotel down was the room. It was spacious but constructed from raw concrete that was painted but with little by way of furnishings or pictures. It was rather like being in a concrete bunker. The accommodation was split over two floor with a very narrow set of stairs with no handrail and would be completely unsuitable for anyone with any mobility problem and was difficult to get a suitcase up. There is a kettle and small work top downs stairs, with a small fridge, but no water supply or sink meaning having to go upstairs to fill the kettle etc. The sink is in the bedroom with no sink in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Bearing in mind this is not a cheap Hotel, it was very disappointing, which is a shame because with some attention to decor, room layout etc it could be excellent. We stayed in 3 Hotels during our trip to Skiathos and Skopelos, all at a similar price and in terms of the accommodation this was by far the poorest. Because of this we would not consider staying here again.

Fantastic location with a huge,genuine welcome.
Pros:

We stayed here for a few nights and had the time of our lives.

Besides the beautiful location and the overall experience of the island, it was the staff that made it for us.

From our arrival, Leo was on the ball. He really made us feel welcome. The other staff members that we encountered were incredible too. W were treated to homemade lemon drink and a thorough tour of the whole complex while we were waiting for our rooms. Leo was a very engaging gentleman and talked a lot about the making of Mamma Mia and even showed us lots of photos on his computer. This pleased my wife and really kicked off the stay very well.

We had a few requests, two of which were car hire and horse riding. Both were dealt with on the spot and very professionally. Booking through the hotel, we felt more secure, and everything we asked was never a problem.

If you are interested in the horse riding, they arranged it with their neighbours and met us just outside the hotel which was great. The dad of the family did not speak English but his daughter camme and talked us through the details and said if we needed anything, her dad would ring and put her on the phone. She arrived out during the ride to check all was ok and with water for us. Really lovely family.

It was a beautiful hotel and very peaceful and welcoming. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious.

Cons:

The pool staff were not very present when we wanted to order food and drinks. Staff at breakfast not always attentive.

Todo. Son amables , siempre pendientes de lo que necesitas. Y las instalaciones están muy bien, a 5 minutos andando del centro

Por decir alguna cosa, creo que en la "cocina " que tienen deberían tener un microondas o un fuego, algo para calentar comida.
