i was on the ground floor, my window was next to a restaurant's kitchen & toilet so very noisy at night. if you can avoid ground floor's rooms.

Very comfortable and spacious , good bathroom. Very clean. Fresh towels every day. Good location and lovely friendly staff. Lovely cafe/ restaurant just downstairs with great breakfast and coffee too

They charged me 50baht (like 0.20€) for the toilet paper. The landlord says “we provide only 1 roll per night” and asked me money for it.
They chaeged different price from the original cost. Charged more.

There is a wonderful restaurant attached to the hotel (not sure they are same company). Location was in the old city walls, easy walking to chill restaurants, massages, 7/11. Great vibe walking around, people watching. Would stay again.
Room didn't have a table and chairs for eating in the room, though there were two large chairs in the room for relaxing in. I think a small table, with smaller chairs (because of space considerations) would be more useful for guests.
late check in
staff were fairly unhelpful , had a family of ants in my room when i showed the lady at the front who i assume was running the place as well she just laughed and said okay. ants in the bathroom as well. extremely overpriced , should be priced at about £1.50 over £11 .
