Vanaf het eerste contact met Terra Aurea voelden we ons geen klanten, maar welkom.

Als rolstoelgebruiker reizen mijn vrouw en ik goed voorbereid, en hier klopte alles wat beloofd werd — en meer. Vier weken verbleven we in een aangepast appartement, waar elke vraag snel en met oprechte zorg werd opgevolgd. Kleine problemen werden meteen opgelost, en zelfs bij onverwachte zorgen met onze wagen kregen we hulp.

Wat vooral bijblijft, is de warme, menselijke aanpak van het hele team. Iedereen wordt hier met respect en aandacht behandeld.

De toegankelijkheid, het comfort en de sfeer maakten ons verblijf bijzonder.

Wie je ook bent: hier word je écht gezien.

La atención de 10. Mucho gusto en la decoración del apartamento. Está al lado de la playa y el entorno daba confianza.

Cons:

El sofá cama, hacía mucho ruido. Y la televisión está en un lugar un poco incómodo para verla (aunque la verdad es que no la pusimos),

Merece la pena.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad de todo el personal, siempre con disposición de ayudarte.
El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con un menaje más que suficiente y unas instalaciones que en general estaban muy bien.

Cons:

Hemos estado 3 días no ha habido nada que fuera desafortunado.

Het gebrek aan eigen parkeerruimte. Parkeren was op de openbare weg wat ons een inbraak in de auto opleverde. Gelukkig waren alle waardevolle spullen er uit.
