Sakin ve dinlenmek için ideal bir otel. Çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Zanzibarda Türk görmek bizi çok mutlu etti ve odaların temizliği çok iyiydi. Havuz düzenli olarak temizleniyor ve sahile çok yakın. Hem havuz hem deniz tatili yapmak isteyenler için ideal. 5 günlüğüne tutup 10 güne kadar uzattık. Geçirdiğimiz en güzel zamanlardandı.

Enjoyable overall, amazing pool, close to the beach, only disappointment was the food.

It is very aesthetically pleasing hotel. The main pool is a really good size with water at great temperature. The beach bar was really good. You can order food to the room. The room was a good size with smart TV. The staff were amenable (Shout out to John). Lots of local food especially on the beach short walks away. Ben, the hotels tour guide was great and ensured we got the best service.

Cons:

Booked a pool room in front of one of the smaller pools but this was closed during our entire stay. Disappointed to pay for that and not get use of it or be told in advance so we could change. The cost of the food for the quality you are getting was not good. Food was expensive compared to lots of local restaurants with better food at cheaper prices. All the dining is outdoor which is great when warm but it rained on one of the days we stayed. The included breakfast was just fruits, omelette and potatoes, everyday. On one 1 of our 6 days there was a buffet breakfast which again was very limited (no meat options).

The resort is Breathtakingly beautiful, Very clean, Well mantained, Elegant, Secure, Comfortable, value for money. Definitely one of the best resorts in zanzibar, if not the best. Totally awesome! Highly recommended.
The staff are friendly & helpful. The beach is private. Restaurant is good.

STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTO POSTO

Un esperienza terribile, un'organizzazione inesistente, una vera trappola per turisti.
Da dove cominciare: Il resort si trova di fronte ad una spiaggia che non ha il mare balneabile per via del fondale roccioso e pieno di alghe, con la bassa marea, il paesaggio è molto deludente, con un odore di pesce morto degno uno stagno.

Non sono presenti lettini sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, visto che gli spazi vengono sfruttati anche da chi affitta le ville vicine e quindi beato chi arriva prima.

Il bar dentro lala piscina è presente ma non in funzione, e diciamo che avrà visto tempi migliori... lettini e ambiente antistante la piscina a volte non venivano puliti e piatti e bicchieri restavano per ore intere a riempirsi di insetti e puzzare. Inoltre diverse sedie erano rotte, una trappola con caduta assicurata per chi provava a sedersi.

L'energia elettrica andava e veniva e così la pressione dell'acqua.

Un giorno è piovuto e la pioggia filtrava dal tetto e bagnava il letto e diversi punti della stanza.

Le camere non venivano pulite, se non su richiesta, cosa che abbiamo capito dopo giorni, in seguito a nostra lamentela del fatto e anche così diversi volte le ritrovavamo come le avevamo lasciate.

Abbiamo pagato per una tripla ma il set di asciugamani era per 2 persone e nonostante sia stato fatto presente, a ogni cambio non veniva lasciato il numero corretto.
Il cambio asciugamani avveniva solo se richiesto, era una processione alla reception per chiedere e, su richiesta ci veniva consegnato l'asciugamano solo dopo lunga attesa e con reticenza come fosse un optional, inoltre erano spesso macchiati, giallognoli e con un odore che lasciava dubbi sul fatto che fossero puliti.

Stessa storia per gli asciugamani per la piscina che non erano sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti e che quindi non venivano sostituiti e forniti in modo adeguato.
