Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Tolle Lage, mitten im Zentrum, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Check-out am Sonntag ohne Personal, Zimmerkarte war um 10.00 schon abgelaufen, konnte nicht hinein, suchte lange nach jemandem, der mir aufsperrte, ansonsten perfekter Aufenthalt, komme gerne wieder

Perfect!
Pros:

Perfecte locatie midden in de oude binnenstad. Wij hadden een mooie luxe supergrote kamer met airco, uitkijkend op de hoofdstraat. Alles was perfect, de bedden, de douche en een heel hartelijke ontvangst.

Cons:

Alles perfect alleen is de locatie misschien wat lastig te vinden omdat deze in een ander hotel zit.

großes Zimmer, Service ließ zu Wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Zimmer groß und funktional, kein Frühstück gebucht, wir wollten das Frühstück im Hotel nachbuchen, was jedoch 19,90 pro Person gekostet hätte, das war es uns nicht wert. Lage hervorragend, mitten in der Innenstadt. Eine nette junge Kellnerin, die abends im Außenbereich bedient hat.

Cons:

der Service. Beim Einchecken musste zuerst lange nach dem Namen gesucht werden, dann wurde mir kommentarlos das Gerät zur Kartenzahlung hingelegt mit der Aufforderung die Bezahlung vorzunehmen. Die Überweisung war aber schon längst erfolgt. Eine Entschuldigung blieb aus. Auch einen schönen Aufenthalt wurde nicht gewünscht. Eine kurze Beschreibung wie wir ins Zimmer kommen: Nach dem Fahrstuhl noch ein paar Treppen.....
Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn wir nach Hilfe beim Gepäcktragen gefragt worden wären. Am nächsten Tag beim Auschecken war die Rezeption nicht besetzt.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Durch die Neuübernahme teilweise chaotisch. Wir haben eine Zimmer erhalten das bereits belegt war. Zurück an der Rezeption war niemand vor Ort. Man sollte einen Mitarbeiter per Telefon rufen was auch nicht möglich war. Beim Frühstück war sehr wenig Auswahl am 2. Tag sogar noch weniger.
