RESERVE POR BOOKING Y NO TENIA VALIDES MI RESERVACIÓN

Lo que mas me gusto del alojamiento fue que contaba con aire acondicionado lo cual se agradece enormemente, también me gusto que la habitación era amplia , la cama muy cómoda , el hotel esta en pleno centro. También comentar que el desayuno era muy rico y el personal que preparaba el desayuno era muy amable y atentas.

Cons:

El único detalle que podría mejorar es el personal de la noche el joven fue poco atento dado que yo había reservado una noche adicional anunciando que llegaría en la madrugada ( lo cual había confirmado) y cuando llegue el joven me dijo que no había ninguna reserva para esa noche y que el hotel estaba lleno , no me dio ninguna solución ni opciones me dejo en la calle de madrugada creo que podría haber sido mas atento y habernos reubicado en otro hotel o habernos ayudado llamando a otros hoteles dado que nos dejo en la calle de madrugada en un pais extrajero tuve que ir hotel por hotel preguntando si tenían alojamiento . Al otro día pudimos hacer nuestro check in sin incidentes y del hotel se disculparon por la confusión, pero insisto si el error fue de ellos debieron darme solución.

La ubicación del Hotel. Esta en un punto estratégico, cerca a todo.

Me hubiera gustado estar en una habitación con vista a la calle, pero si fueron específicos al indicarme que la habitación que reservé era con vista al interior.
