When we checked in for 2 nights they told us, "oh we dont check the booking.com bookings much, we can only accommodate you for one night." The person almost said it with a smile. I still haven't confirmed if they even charged us the correct room. After emailing booking.com 4-5 times, with zero response, I found a phone number but I needed chat gpt to help me find it. After waiting 30 minutes on hold, someone answered and then things started happening. Honestly, probably not going back to booking.com or the Stonebreaker hotel. Btw....you guys should know this yet no one called to apologize for the hassle.
Extremely good location near university, quiet area and nice staff!
We didn’t love the bathroom door not being solid so anyone in the room could see in while being used.
It’s beautiful. Feels like you’re out away from the city but minutes from the university and most places to eat.
Great location that is clean and new. Eugenio was the best! Fast and detailed communication. Made dinner and taxi reservations for us. Marguerite and cleaning staff were so friendly and honest. My husband forgot a valuable in the room and they put in the lost and found and shipped to us.

They had the softest beds I have ever slept in! The rooms were so modern and I felt fancy just sleeping there!
New and well situated; quiet
Shower was out of body wash; shower didn’t drain; phone wouldn’t connect to front desk. When I went down to report issues response was tepid at best. Apparently many of the rooms had no body wash but person on duty didn’t know how to refill so I was offered a cup of body wash for the room. The phone issue was blamed on an ongoing change of management company and “everything is screwed up”. No apology or regret for the inconvenience. Unlikely to stay here again.

All staff were nice and helpful. Awesome peaceful location with many restaurants and shopping a short drive. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and in good working condition. The hot tub was amazing! The restaurant was very clean and nice. The food and drinks were amazing!

Nothing it was great in all aspects. Only thing missing were USB ports to charge electrical devices.
