Der Aufenthalt lohnt sich im Vergleich zum gezahlten Preis überhaupt nicht.
Pros:

Es war sauber und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist wirklich wunderschön.

Cons:

Es wird nicht deutlich gemacht, dass Vollpension nur Speisen und keine Getränke beinhaltet. Auf Booking.com steht, dass der Check-in erst ab 14 Uhr möglich ist, tatsächlich war es aber schon um 8 Uhr morgens, da das Zimmer noch im Hotel stand. Die Kellner waren extrem langsam und unprofessionell. Es waren viele ältere Leute im Hotel, wir fühlten uns wie in einem Pflegeheim.

Für junge Leute nichts, die gerne etwas moderne haben.
Pros:

Die Saunen und Dampfbäder waren gut, auch ist alles lang offen und man kann spät abends auch noch geniessen. Das Zimmer mit Holztäfelung war gemütlich und hatte einen Balkon.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, für jüngere Leute kaum ansprechend. Was ich sehr schade fand keinen Tee oder sonstige Getränke oder Früchte/Nüsse im Wellnessbereich - das ist ein muss wie ich finde. Schade das der schöne Ruheraum nur bis 18.00 offen hat, wäre schön dort abends bei gedimmtem Licht bequem zu liegen. Der Whirpool im Spa bereich war eher frisch- wirkte alles etwas kahl und lieblos. Das Essen fand ich jetzt ebenfalls nicht sehr ansprechend und speziell, auch keine guten alternativen für Veganer.

Super Frühstück, freundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen, sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, alles io.

Cons:

kein gratis Mineralwasser ,1 Flasche pro Tag im Zimmer wäre schön.

Essen generell war sehr gut, obwohl nicht sehr viel Auswahl, ausser bei Frühstück.

es wäre schön wenn auch ein shampooing im Bad zur Verfügung wäre.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovation.
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage, feines Essen, Therme

Cons:

Die Pools sind in schlechtem Zustand, überall fehlen Mosaikplättchen, was zu Verletzungen führen kann. Der Verputz der Decken im Poolbereich löst sich teilweise. Der Preis für eine Nacht im Doppelzimmer mit Halbpension ist mit 400.- viel zu teuer! Alle Getränke kosten extra.

Es war nett fürs erste mal, ein zweites mal kommen wir sicher nicht.
Pros:

Buchung mit Vollpension: das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und auch das Mittag- und Abendessen waren gut und abwechslungsreich. Besten Dank an das Küchenteam!

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht aufmerksam genug. Die Sitzbereiche aussen waren nicht sauber, überall Staub. Bevor man sich hinsetzen konnte musste man zuerst selber sauber machen. Allgemein waren die Essenszeiten nicht ausreichend bemessen. Zudem wenn man zu spät angereist war und das Mittagessen verpasst hat, waren sie nicht flexibel und entgegenkommend, um doch noch etwas anzubieten. Diese Information hat man nirgends erhalten. Bei Vollpension musste man den Kuchen vom Kuchenbuffet extra bezahlen und sowieso alle Getränke. Dass Getränke immer extra kosten steht nur für die Halbpension-, nicht aber für die Vollpension-Buchung.
