Sehr gutes Essen. Zimmer top.Sehr freundliches Personal. Zu allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit.kann man bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Personal.

Nesmírně vstřícná atmosféra - od recepční přes personál restaurace. 22 kW nabíječka pro hotelové hosty za velmi dobrou cenu nabíjení. Dobré místo pro pěší výlety. Vynikající snídaně a večerní nabídka kuchyně na velmi dobré úrovni.

Cons:

Hluk z vedlejšího baru. Nic co by s tím hotel mohl nadělat, ale dobrému vyspání to nepomohlo, máte-li okna namířená proti tomu podniku.

Skvělá Poloha.
Možnost nabít elektroauto za nízkou cenu.

Cons:

Příliš nacpané polštáře, nedá se na nich spát.
U sauny chybí ochlazovaci bazének.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel Toilettenpapier nur 2lagig ist eine Katastrophe. Whirlpool war zu kalt entspricht nicht der angegebenen Temperatur.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine Lage und seine komfortable Ausstattung. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Nach den ausgedehnten Wanderungen war der Wellness - Bereich perfekt für die Regeneration.
Das hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr sehr gut. Diese Aussage bezieht sich auf die Gerichte und das Pwrsonal.

Milý personál, snídaně i večeře vynikající. Wellness krásné.

Cons:

Nečekala bych v pokoji manželskou postel z jedné strany u zdi a ještě skosená střecha k tomu. Postel měla vyšší rám za hlavou, takže když se člověk chtěl opřít, tak to nebylo možné. Do postele se lezlo od nohou, kde byl rám také vyšší než matrace. Pro příště prý musím uvést do poznámky, že chci mít postel ze tří stran přístupnou. Pořád jsou nové zkušenosti. Každopádně se postel dá situovat v pokoji jinak.

Užili jsme si zde luxusní pobyt. Vše bylo na jedničku-ubytování, personál, wellness i jídlo. Rozhodně doporučuji a doufám, že se někdy vrátíme.

Ein schöner Bergurlaub zum Sommerausklang.
Pros:

Das Hotel Windsor ist nur ein paar Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt, aber absolut ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen, es war vielseitig und wurde sofort nachgefüllt. Das Abendmenü war ausgezeichnet, man bekam eine Vorsuppe, konnte sich am Salatbuffet bedienen und beim Hauptgang konnte man auf der Speisekarte unter 16 Speisen wählen. Zum Abschluß gab's noch ein kleines Dessert. Parkplätze sind am Hotel ausreichend ohne Gebühr vorhanden. Wir hatten einen Platz in der Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit tollen Essen
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit sehr guten Frühstück und Abendessen. Achtung Getränkepreise eher im gehobenen Bereich im Vergelich zu anderen Lokalen. Sehr Central gelegen, wenn man möchte kann man das Auto stehen lassen, da viele Wanderungen direkt vorm Haus starten. Welness center ist sehr klein aber man hat alles was man braucht. Bei voller Belegung sicher zu klein.

Cons:

Leider haben wir nur ein Standart Zimmer gewählt. Raum 507 wo das Doppelbett nur von einer Seite begehbar war. Für uns kein Problem, bei älteren Leuten sicher schon. Also unbedingt bei der Buchung beachten und lieber ein paar Euro mehr zahlen.
