Modernes Hotel
Pros:

Jetzt zum Positiven: Das Personal war immer freundlich und bis auf die Hausdamen sprach jeder etwas deutsch oder englisch, so dass man sich super verständigen konnte. Am Besten hat mir gefallen, dass es eine Bowlingbahn und einen Wellnessbereich gab. Den Wellnessbereich (Whirlpool, Schwimmbecken und Saunen) konnte man täglich 2h kostenlos nutzen. Zwischen 21 und 23 Uhr hätte man Privatzeit für den Wellnessbereich buchen können. 

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Handtücher wurden nur gewechselt, wenn man sie auf den Boden geworfen hatte. Was super ist, da man nicht jeden Tag ein neues Handtuch braucht. Außerdem konnte man den Bademantel und die Schlappen vom Hotel nutzen, um in den Wellnessbereich zu gelangen. In den Zimmern hatte man die Wahl zwischen direktem und indirektem Licht, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir hatten außerdem einen kleinen Balkon, der vollkommen ausgereicht hat für den Aufenthalt. 

Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und es war immer reichlich da. Am Wochenende war die Auswahl sogar noch größer. Es hat alles gut geschmeckt. Das trifft auch auf das hauseigene Restaurant zu. 


Alles in allem ist das Wellness Hotel Windsor ein sehr modernes Hotel.

Cons:

Erstmal das Negative: Das Toilettenpapier ist viel zu dünn. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man mehr als nur 2 lagiges Toilettenpapier. Und das 2. Negative ist, dass das Dampfbad in den 12 Tagen, die wir da waren, die ganze Zeit außer Betrieb war.

Was positiv und negativ zugleich war, waren die großen Kissen. Es ließ sich nur schlecht darauf schlafen. Aber als Rückenstütze, wenn man vom Bett aus Fernsehen wollte, waren sie ideal.

Ochotny a milý personál, snažili sa vyhovieť všetkým požiadavkám. Veľmi príjemné miesto na oddych.

Cons:

3 malé sauny, z toho 1 mimo prevádzky a malý bazénik neboli postačujúce na kapacitu hotela.

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit und sehr gut Deutschsprachig!!!
Alles sauber im Hotel und das in jedem Bereich!!!!
Auch ein sehr großes Lob an das gesamte Team im Restaurant. Jeder hat gelächelt, freundlich und wenn man Hilfe brauchte war dies kein Problem
