Spacious rooms and central location but service needs improvement
Pros:

The staff were generally ok not super friendly but ok. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. I also appreciated that the rooms had air conditioning and that housekeeping was available if you wanted the room cleaned. The location is very central and offers a direct view over the Old Taxi Park, which I found interesting because you are right in the middle of the city.

Cons:

There were several things that could be improved. The hotel does not have a restaurant where you can sit and eat. Instead, breakfast is brought to your room, but the timing was very unreliable. When I asked for breakfast at 8:30 it sometimes arrived around 9:30. The breakfast itself was also very basic and not filling. On some days it was just two bananas and tea.

Another issue is that the hotel is quite difficult to find. It is located on an upper floor and you have to walk through several corridors to reach it, with very little signage. When I checked out I had two backpacks and a large suitcase and asked for help carrying them downstairs, but this request was declined. Later I was asked to leave a good review on Booking.com, which felt uncomfortable given the lack of support.

Overall, the rooms and location are good, but the service and organization need improvement.

Hidden gem, centrally located
Pros:

This place is worth the money. There is a restaurant and bar selling affordable food and drinks. The bar, restaurant, and reception staff are all very friendly. The location is perfect as it's in the city centre.

Cons:

It can be hard to locate, as its inside a complex with other shops/restaurants. The area is quite congested too so you have to be alert when entering/leaving.

感觉在很不安全的国家，住在了一个特别安全的的地方，青旅附近还有一个大的超市！很方便！

青旅的早餐确实不错，很丰富！

Cons:

感觉房间的床有点小，舒适度一般，服务跟早餐确实不错，不过在非洲能找到这样的青旅已经不错了！
