Pros:

aside the few staffs on ground (Agnes, the Chef, Desire and Becky) the whole thing was a big anarchy and by far the worst ever experience i have.

1. The Public Officer-Kevin is so unprofessional and does not understand what feed backs and communication involves to guests. The pick up driver came with no Identification or a placard for me, after about 10 mins back and forth with the hotel; i agreed to go with the said company driver... only for the driver to inform me of another 3rd party not hotel guest as his friend and would ride with out! i find this a serious security breach and the hotel did absolutely nothing about this even after informing them at the pick up.

2. 1 night i could barely sleep cause so many activities at some point i thought was being rob! only to gathering in the next morning that the hotel was being decommissioned 2nd days after my check in! Everything i mean all was stripped off, the pool, lighting, rooftop bar, intercom. and yet NO one thought to inform me or refund me in fact KEVIN denied this claims in an apartment HE never showed up in my 4 terrible painful stay. i have picture evidences which i shared with him and he or the management never felt the need to apologize for these discomforts.

3.Beware of the caption "free pick up and drop off' . they only pick you up and claim they do not drop off despite the open clear heading on their page..

Get a better apartment or Hotel not this

Pros:

Please is great. Stuff very nice.
If you eat at the hotel, make sure you pay in Uganda chilis.
If paid in USD make sure the bills are new.
The don't accept AMEX
