Pros:

La única persona amable del hotel fue el señor de mantenimiento a quien, por cierto, tratan muy mal.
La habitación estaba razonablemente limpia.

Cons:

Las camas son más angostas que el tamaño regular. A penas hay dos ganchos para la ropa. El aire acondicionado estaba defectuoso, al igual que la pantalla (tv), además de miniatura, no sintonizaba bien los canales, la imagen estaba distorsionada. La ducha es pequeñísima, con una cortina plástica, cuando sale el agua va directo a la cortina y se sale de la ducha. No es muy cómodo bañarse.

Aunque hay varias redes de internet en el hotel no es una conexión estable para sostener video llamadas si tienes que trabajar. Hay mosquitos en las áreas comunes que devoran a la gente. La piscina es pequeñita y dudo de su limpieza (no entré).

El dueño o encargado es una persona sumamente GROSERA, fui testigo de como gritoneó al señor de limpieza quien estaba limpiando el área de recepción y quería que a la par estuviera limpiando el interior del hotel. Aunque eran al rededor de las 6 de la tarde y el señor de limpieza le dijo que aun no había comido y que, terminando la recepción iría a comer, el dueño o encargado le gritó que primero debía hacer otra cosa.

Además de todo lo anterior, lo PEOR de la estancia fue el check out. A las 11:30 am, mientras terminábamos de recoger nuestras cosas para entregar la habitación a las 12, nos llegó el mismo dueño/encargado, a gritar que el check out era a las 11 am y que estábamos retrasados. Le dije al señor que entendíamos que el check out era a las 12 del medio día y a esa hora dejaríamos la habitación y dijo que no, que era a las 11, todo de mala manera, y se fue. Sin embargo, SU PROPIO REGLAMENTO pegado en la puerta de la habitación indica que el check out es a la 1 PM, NO a las 11 am.

En fin, MALA estancia, mal lugar, mala atención y muy mal trato a su personal. Cerca hay muchos hoteles con precios cercanos o un poquito más pero, la comodidad y el buen trato valen el costo.

Manque bouilloire. Très bruyant un soir à cause d'un groupe de jeunes qui courait et criait dans les couloirs,les hôtes ne sont jamais intervenus. Manque de professionnalisme

If you need emergency one night stay in Cancun Center
Pros:

Affordable and enaugh if you are in urge to find something for one night in Cancun Center. But dont expect much.

Cons:

Not really friendly reception staff. More like unfriendly and not helpful. Also, at the pictures there is a picture of pool and cozy surroundings, but there is almost no way to get to the pool. Or at least the people at reception dont help you to find it.

El personal del turno de la noche nos comenta que debemos llevar equipaje. La ocasión anterior nos hospedamos una noche y no necesitamos llevar maleta grande. No entiendo el requisito de llevar equipaje
