Balanced, good price and benefit ratio
Pros:

We liked the area (environment) and the location of the hotel. We were explored the Hallstatt and the near areas, made some trekking and would like to stay at hotel a bit outside Hallstatt, so this fits in our search. We liked the view, breakfast and the pool, actually were not expecting this kind of hotel in this area.

Cons:

We stayed off season, because of that i think, some of the benefits/experiences are not started yet, such as bicycle renting, paddleboard renting and sauna for example.

Very disappointing stay
Pros:

The location is perfect, it’s calm and beautiful.

Cons:

The room I stayed in was mediocre for the price I paid. The room was old, the furniture was old, the bathroom was old and smelled bad, the shower door was not working properly. The fridge was very noisy and there was only a small window in the room. We didn’t had more shower gel and shampoo for 3 nights. Everything felt out of care to be honest. I know they have really nice rooms there so be sure to know exactly what you are booking. The place has a lot of potential because the location is stunning, but I felt they don’t care about details, comfort, design and updating the space for something better. It looks like everything is like that for 30 years and they assume it’s fine. I’m very disappointed.

Trip by the lake
Pros:

The view is amazing. We had a good time in the complex. Is also really close to Hallstatt by bus or by fery. Is definetly a must try experience to stay in this location.

Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer: eines im Hauptgebäude und das zweite in einem separaten Häuschen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Im Zimmer gibt es alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht: eine kleine Küche, einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee, und in einem der Zimmer gab es sogar eine Mikrowelle. Der Ausblick geht auf die Berge oder den See.

Es gibt einen großen Strand, einen Spielplatz für Kinder, im Gebäude ein kleines Schwimmbad und einen sehr guten Saunabereich. Nach Spaziergängen bei schlechtem Wetter war das eine sehr entspannende Erholung.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und beeindruckt durch ihre Natur. Und das Frühstück ist einfach hervorragend!

Vielen Dank – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Als kleine Nachteile würden wir nur die spielenden Kinder im Pool nennen, wodurch es manchmal schwierig war, in Ruhe zu schwimmen. Außerdem ist das Wasser im Pool ziemlich kühl, was bei kaltem Wetter etwas unangenehm ist.
