It was a brief stay but everyone was helpful and friendly, shame the bar wasn’t open but understandable as it’s quiet. D

Joseph and breakfast was fantastic wonderful host.
Beautiful location and outstanding views
Ideal setting for a relaxing stay off island to eat chill and not have to rush back for a ferry....... Would've been great.

Cons:

The Rest was total disappointment.
We did not realise there was no bar no food until called by Fiona on the Sat before we arrived . We should have been made aware sooner I feel. The email she referred to and we received referred to covid and limited food. We thought it was outdated.
We reduced our stay and made other arrangements for food being my birthday....... but was called on route to find out when we would arrive because Fiona wanted to go. I think this is unacceptable. Booking in between 4 and 6. This was 4.45. I was surprised but we arrived soon after.
We arrived our room was nice Fiona showed us our room and left. Being in the hotel by ourselves. We found the bed uncomfortable and a rainfall shower which I do not like. No alternative.
All in all not what we had anticipated for my birthday.
The only concellation was a fantastic breakfast and Host Joseph.

The Foveran is an exceptional place, with very helpful Staff, and great food.
Pros:

Breakfasts were wonderful, with hot food cooked to order. The Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Pros:

Price is reasonable for what you get. I loved the location, beautiful big room, and ensuite with amazing views all around. There was also a mix-up with the room in which it was supposed to have been in, but the staff were amazing regarding the mistake.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't really like was the Internet speeds, but I couldn't really do anything for work as the internet kept dropping out.

Excellent location. Comfortable well equipped rooms. Outstanding food.
Pros:

Exceptional stay. The accommodation was excellent and the food was fabulous. The staff are very friendly while remaining professional. The restaurant is highly regarded for its dinner menu and rightly so. However, the breakfast is also excellent with 5 cooked options, including 2 fish options. All the food is locally sourced. I can highly recommended s say here.

Alistair the new General Manager was a very helpful and lovely person; service with a smile.

Both those things were good

Cons:

Room was tiny shower and toilet were across the corridor-door, the restraint was shut. No food or shop any where near to accommodation. Infrequent public transport.
