Hice la propuesta de matrimonio para mi novia con coordinación por parte de Utopia y fueron súper especiales, me ayudaron con todo lo necesario y más. Hikmet fue espectacular anfitrión, y el resto del staff fue muy amable!
Del hotel destaco el desayuno, la ubicación, las vistas, las habitaciones muy completas y cómodas, la que nos dieron era espaciosa y con todo lo necesario.
Hikmet nos ayudó a coordinar diferentes tours, y en nuestro caso particular fue muchísimo más allá de lo esperado con tal de tuviésemos todo a la mano y fácil.

Locatie was uniek. Behulpzaamheid van personeel was absoluut TOP. Service with a smile. Kamers waren ruim en cute. Eten in restaurant was heel lekker. Eten in het bar was ook erg lekker. Wij hebben een heerlijk tijd gehad in Utopia hotel. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. En ik zou zelf ook zeker nog eens terug komen.

Cons:

Twee puntjes voor verbetering; de meneer bij de wellness zwembad was niet perse vriendelijk voor onze tieners die na een dag activiteiten even gebruik wilden maken van het zwembad. Daar was het niet voor bedoeld. Het verstoorde wellness sfeer.

En nog een opvallendheid. Kwaliteit van brood bij het ontbijt was matig. Verder was het eten heel goed.

Unforgettable, for all the wrong reasons.
Pros:

The location and the hotel's appearance is beautiful. The builders have created an amazing labyrinth of rooms with passages that connect the caves to corridors and outdoor balconies. Each time we returned to the hotel it was a wonderful challenge to find our way back to our room. We could also walk down to the closest town and dine at local Turkish restaurants and watch the locals.

Cons:

Don't know where to start. On arrival, we were advised that we had been upgraded to a Topkapi suite. I booked and paid for a Topkapi suite, so I thought they must have mistaken who we were. A Topkapi suite has two rooms - one with a king bed, a private balcony(see photo with our suitcase showing how small the balcony was), a sitting room and a hot tub. We had to climb up an incredibly steep set of steps to discover that the second room had been setup with another 4 beds, that furniture had been removed from this room and relocated to the king bedroom blocking the access to the wardrobe, that the bathroom had toiletry supplies for 5 people, that the writing desk was jammed pack with supplies for 5 people, that we could not sit on the couch and watch the TV as it had been converted into a bed, I started thinking..... okay this room was setup for a group of 5 and for whatever reason, they had declined the room and taken ours. The caves are designed so that the air funnels upwards, and on our first night the kitchen's exhaust system vented into our room, and the smell was overwhelmingly sickening. From 2am onwards the cooking smells were over powering. We saw tradesman the next day working on the rooftop venting panels, so we suspected that something had broken down. At breakfast the next day, I was amazed at how extensive the buffet was, and took some small pancakes. They were old. I then took a small danish, and it too was old and stale. Over the next few mornings I noted that although the breakfast was extensive, they just kept putting out the same old food. We eat sparingly from the buffet - so it was very disappointing. The hotel accommodates large tour groups, and they all have breakfast at the same time, so you get pushed and jostled as these package tour people frantically eat their breakfast, so that they can all get on the tour bus, to be driven around as many sites as possible in the one day. We tried to raise our concerns, but the staff blanked us.

Perfect getaway with beautiful views
Pros:

I came here with my family and boyfriend and truly had an amazing time. Hikmet and his staff were wonderful, attentive and accommodating to all our needs. They made a delicious cake for my sisters birthday, and set up a very cute romantic bed display with wine for our anniversary.

Невероятно супер!
Pros:

Очень крутой сервис и обслуживание! Консьерж просто бесподобен - каждый день по 2 раза писали нужна ли какая то помощь. Была годовщина свадьбы - доставили цветы по моему специальному заказу - сделали трансфер на майбахе- все во время! В спа даже с ре неком пустили хотя в Турции мало где это делают.

Cons:

Менеджер не пустил ребенка 8 лет в сауну, но потом разрешили вместе вс родителями так что все ок!
