Once a Great Hotel, Now Neglected by Management
Pros:

The staff are the best part of this hotel. They are friendly, energetic, smiling and always willing to help. Their service and attention really stand out, and they try their best with what they have. Shuttle to and From the Airport.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because the beautiful pictures. Unfortunately, when you arrive, it’s a very different story. The hotel itself is old and tired. The pictures on Booking.com are from many years ago and do not show the current condition of the facility and furniture. Nothing has been updated, everything has aged beyond its useful life. The restaurant feels old and the food is dry. The TVs are old, not smart TVs. The beds and mattresses are uncomfortable. The facilities look nothing like the photos online. The worst part was the air quality in the room. There is no air‑conditioning, and at night, a strong diesel smell came through the door cracks. I couldn’t sleep and had to block the door with a blanket. When we opened the windows, the noise pollution outside was loud the whole night. This hotel was once great, but management has neglected it. The staff are doing their best, but the building and facilities need serious upgrades.
