Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν σε σημείο όπου μας βόλεψε να κάνουμε την δουλειά μας και γενικά ήταν κοντά για να πας κέντρο (Άρτα).Η υποδοχή από την υπεύθυνη ήταν θα έλεγα Ευγενική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία.Είχε δύο πισίνες η μία για μεγάλους και μια παιδική.Για την κατηγορία του οκ .

Το ξενοδοχείο απ'εξω φαίνεται πολύ ωραίο με τα χρώματα που έχει.Ειναι κρίμα όμως να αφήνεις κάποιες λεπτομέρειες όπου ένας πελατης θα προσέξει όταν πληρώνει κάτι και θέλει να δεί το αντίστοιχο Μ αυτά που δίνει.. Απλά εμάς μας πείραξε ενώ σαν πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου πλήρωσα και είσοδο στην πισίνα! Απευθύνθηκα στην υπεύθυνη η απάντηση ήταν δεν το είπες; Τι να πώ όταν υποτίθεται με ξέρει ο άλλος και καλά έκανε σαν να ήμουν πρώτη φορά.. Τέλος θα αναφερθώ λίγο στην καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια..θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη, Επίσης το πρωινό μπορεί να βελτιωθεί.. Γενικά στο χέρι σας είναι Διεύθυνση του ARTA PALACE να ζωντανεύει πιο πολύ το ξενοδοχείο σας.Ευχαριστώ πολύ

Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο με ένα ωραιότατο άνετο μπαλκόνι!! Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και το προσωπικό έκανε τα πάντα για να αισθανθείς σαν στο σπίτι σου!!! Να μην παραλείψω για την πισίνα που ήταν μια όαση δροσιάς μέσα στον καύσωνα!!! Συγχαρητήρια για την φιλοξενία!!!

Friendly staff, very clean, lots of space, value for money, enjoyed the pool

Shower was switching from scalding hot to ice cold every few seconds, but i’m sure they ll fix it :)

Pros:

Πολύ πλούσιο και περιποιημένο!!! Παρ' όλο που πηγαίναμε λίγο πριν τη λήξη του σερβιρίσματος, ήταν όλα αρκετά για να επιλέξουμε ό,τι επιθυμούσαμε!!!

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε ο εξωτερικός χώρος να είναι πιο περιποιημένος, γιατί το μπορεί και αξίζει. Αυτό όμως δεν επειρέασε στο παραμικρό τη δια μονή μας και τις απαιτήσεις μας!
