Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Ein Traum. Wunderschöne Lage am Hang. Auffahrt etwas steil und eng, dafür sehr ruhig, toller Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr sauber, gepflegt und luxuriös. Große und hübsche Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr gut und relativ günstig.

Cons:

Lokacija je zelo slaba, daleč od morja, na hribu, slaba cesta. Zaradi same lokacije se v hotel nismo prijavili in smo poiskali novo lokacijo v centru mesta. Denarja nam niti delno niso hoteli povrniti.

cok temiz bir otel, calisanlar cok guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. (mira ve kizil sacli kız bize hep yardimci oldu ) . kahvaltisi cok guzeldi. keyif verici manzarasi vardi.cocuklu aileler icin ozellikle tavsiye ederim. tesekkurler hersey icin.

Cons:

yolu biraz dar ve sehirden birazcik uzak. ama arabaniz varsa sorun yok.arabasiz olanlar icin cok zor ve otobus gecmeyen bir yerde.yalnizca taxi.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff
Pros:

Hotel Reset was absolutely fantastic. A relatively small and quiet boutique hotel with absolutely stunning views down to the bay from the pool area (which was only a couple of steps from our room). The facilities were great - gorgeous rooms and a stunning pool. Our stay came with a buffet breakfast every morning which was amazing - different options every day. The Reset restaurant was fantastic - the quality of the food was better than several restaurants we tried in the old town. The staff were absolutely amazing - so hospitable and friendly and really looked after us. Couldn’t praise Hotel Reset more!

Perfect stay!!!
Pros:

Fantastic stay! The location and view is amazing, the rooms are new and clean - there is even floor heating if you want to visit in colder months. The food is great and the staff is lovely and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing hotel, very friendly and pleasant staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Always smiling and chatting to us.
They greeted us every morning with a big smile, and inviting us to a lovely, delicious and varied breakfast: very high-quality food and excellent coffee. Breakfast is highly recommended. Big, very clean and modern rooms. The whole hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The road up to the hotel is slightly steep, but there is hardly any traffic, so it is manageable.
Very good value for money.
Nice small heated swimming pool.
Amazing view from the hotel.
We arrived at 11:00 pm after the restaurant had closed, but the lovely manager insisted on cooking us some seafood pasta as we were very hungry. It was absolutely delicious.
Very clean facilities, bathroom. Very hard-working housekeeping team.
Overall, highly recommended and would definitely come back.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, relaxing, and refreshing.

Cons:

When we arrived, we struggled with the narrow and treacherous roads. Upon arrival, we made a comment about this to the receptionist, and it went downhill from there, she gave us this funny look, handed our keys and left us with no introduction or explanation, so we tried to figure things out ourselves.
The next morning, at breakfast we observed the eggs were not well done and we politely asked if we could have our eggs well-done, the "chef" said it was not on demand and if we wanted well-done eggs we can have boiled eggs. So we settled for boiled eggs. She was so hostile that the children were too scared to go the dining to get their food.
On the 3rd day, we met the manager who apologised profusely and made the necessary adjustments.

Najbolji hotel u Budvi definitivno, osoblje je veoma ljubazno, hrana ukusna, a sobe velike i čiste. Pored toga, imaju i prelep pogled na more i ceo grad što dodatno doprinosi doživljaju.
