No, hubo una araña en mi habitación y las ventanas estabab con telarañas, a parte que pague por el desayuno incluido y ni me pudieron atender eso. su personal deja mucho que desear. La toalla era una piedra.

Buena ubicación, habitación cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación tenía ventana hacia el pasillo, en la mañana una señorita del aseo la abrió desde afuera, cuando aún estábamos en la pieza y le advertimos que mi esposo se estaba vistiendo, hizo caso omiso y se asomó descorriendo las cortinas.

Clean, quiet, great food, and excellent luggage storage service for visiting Machu Picchu.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the noise, but everything in Aguas Calientes is within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the restaurant served delicious food. What we appreciated the most was that after check-out, they stored our luggage for free while we visited Machu Picchu. It made our trip so much easier since we didn’t have to worry about our bags or book an extra night. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Nos guardaron las maletas son flexibles en ese aspecto y tratan de atenderlo bien a uno , le dan un bizcocho de bienvenida con limonada

Cons:

Pues yo pedí que me pusieran un canal y me tocó esperar tres horas y decirle como a tres personas del personal y decían ya va y lo dejaban esperando a uno.
Son radicales con el check in y check out

Cons:

Le dernier étage de l'hôtel est en travaux , ils ont travaillé la nuit et il y a 2 chiens qui ont aboyé. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le matin. Après réclamation, ils nous ont remboursé et nous avons changé d'hôtel .
