Servizio non molto buono. Ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica due volte affinché me la portassero in stanza. Ceniamo con lo “sconto” perché soggiorniamo qui e non è possibile che non abbiano voluto cambiare due bicchieri di succhi con della semplice acqua. Prima colazione d asporto, un panino vuoto e l altro con un misero mezzo pezzetto di formaggio. Seconda colazione chiedo un po’ di latte nel mio caffè e mi dicono che devo pagarlo a parte.
Per non parlare che alle 22 ancora gente del staff che parla e disturba la quiete.

אין חלונות בחדר, מאוד חנוק ולא מאוורר.
אין מים חמים, זרם מים חלש עד בלתי אפשרי להתקלח.
החדר בקומה של הלובי אז כול הלילה יש רעש.
רעש של שיפוצים, דפיקות פטיש, וקדיחות מהשעה 6:00 בבוקר.
אין אף אחד בקבלה.

Fui con mi marido y mi hija,y eligimos el taywa hotel porque entre los servicios ofrecían bañera,calefacción y internet de alta velocidad,y aunque fuera más caro de los demás sitios creímos que merecería la pena..Ninguno de los servicios que ofrecen existe.internet ni hablar.. No hay calefacción en ningúna habitación,y la bañera según ellos es”el baño privado”..el desayuno pésimo y prácticamente inexistente,ni la leche está incluida!solo se puede elegir entre queso o jamón,mantequilla o mermelada,ni tres rebanadas de pan entre los tres que éramos nos dieron,y lo mismo con el jamón . Tenía descuento de 10% en comida y bebida través de mi perfil de Booking y tampoco este se me aplicó. Nos dieron un juego más de toallas y jabón y el jabón estaba abierto,viejo y mojado. Muy sucio. Debajo de las camas había de todo..Venden bollos de hace semanas en el restaurante. Pedíamos desayuno en la habitación el último día porque la niña seguía dormida,y a los 40 minutos,cuando preguntamos cuánto le quedaba para subirlo a la habitación,nos dijeron que ya eran las9 y que teníamos que salir de la habitación para el check out. De echo intentaron entrar a las 8:58 diciendo que ya estaban los otros clientes. Muy húmedo.
