Ridiculously loud with unhelpful staff!!
Cons:

Level 5 where I stayed was horrendous for noise, first night I called the staff to sort out the noise from what seemed to be residential above however it did not stop. First night and second was completely noisy all the way through the night! Music, TV, banging and dog barking. If you don’t want any sleep this is the place for you!!

Cómodo, el desayuno muy rico y el personal super amable.
Pros:

La atención fué muy buena y se dieron el tiempo de apoyarnos con un box lunch para nuestro tren de las 4 am.

Mala atención, me hicieron esperar bastante para que al final me digan que sus habitaciones no están listas y que recién iban a limpiar a las 5 de la tarde, algo que no fue cierto, deberían capacitar mejor a sus chicachas para atender al publico

No tuvimos agua caliente. Y poco seguro.
Pros:

Lo amable que fue el peesonal

Cons:

En la ducha no habia agua caliente, y por la noche también dejó de salir agua por el lavabo.
Se podía abrie la ventana de la habitacion desde fuera de la misma. Poco seguro y poco aislamiento.

Mala experiencia
Pros:

Nada, muy malo, mala atención , nunca había nadie en recepción,

Cons:

Primera pieza tenía moho en el techo del baño y en la muralla de la pieza, habían perros en el último piso que hacían ruido todo el día, el desayuno muy malo y hecho con mala gana por los mismo que atendían la recepción que no estaban porque estaban en la cocina

Las instalaciones estaban limpias y el personal fue amable.

Cons:

El lugar no es pet friendly. Me cobraron un porcentaje adicional de la reserva por mi perro. Si no aceptan perros, que avisen que no son pet friendly antes de realizar la reserva.

Habitación amplia

Cons:

Olía mucho a humedad. Lo comentamos y jos pusieron un deshumidificador que perdía agua, pero no bos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación.
En recepción nos hicieron esperar como 10 minutos para que la recepcionista calculara el 5% de comisión por pagar en tarjeta.
