Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen.

Amazing Roof terrace and luxurious facilities. Leila on reception was so helpful.
Pros:

To begin with If you arrive by train or coach into Mostar, the hotel is only a three minute walk.
The staff and in particular Leila on Reception was so helpful arranging taxi's and giving Tourist advice.
We travelled in February and although the rooftop pool was closed the Terrace was open and gave a Panoramic View of the whole city.

Cons:

Nothing. the Stay was perfect.

Exceptional and comfortable stay, will exceed expectations.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating - Both the woman (during the day) and man (during the night shift) at the desk were so kind and helpful. My room was booked out by mistake, then got upgraded to a better room. The pool and rooftop area were available for use for free and it was great. There was hardly anyone up there at night, so I got the space mostly to myself. The location is perfect for exploring Mostar, only 10 minute walk from the bus station and about 15 minutes walk away from the old bridge and old baazar. Breakfast had a good range of delicious choices. The room was very clean, comfortable and very soft bed. I would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Mostar!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't stay longer.
