Удобное расположение отеля. Метро в 10 минутах ходьбы. В метро есть автоматы на прием наличных средств для поездок. Номер просторный, кровати удобные. Первый раз в отеле мне подошла подушка (не люблю высокие и тугие подушки). Все мыльные принадлежности есть в номере. Мини бар. Чайник. Ежедневная уборка. Есть свой бассейн (крытый) и тренажерный зал. Окна в номере не открываются. Завтра неплохой. Голодными не останетесь. Там есть повар, который при тебе готовит блюда, указанные на картинке (6 разных блюд). Отель цена/ качество отличный

Kamer was grote businesskamer, echter zeer verouderd. De gewone kamers zijn moderner. Ontbijt is niet uitgbreid voor westerlingen met name het beleg.

Un séjour idéal et un service irréprochable !

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour dans cet établissement ! L'emplacement est idéal et notre chambre disposait de très bons équipements, incluant un lit bébé parfaitement préparé pour notre arrivée. Côté restauration, nous nous sommes régalés : le restaurant de l'hôtel était très bon et le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet varié alliant sucré et salé, a ravi toute la famille. Enfin, un immense merci à l'équipe pour son amabilité et son honnêteté : ayant oublié une affaire personnelle dans la chambre, le personnel nous l'a gentiment renvoyée directement à notre adresse. Un service irréprochable du début à la fin, nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Purtroppo per le nostre tempistiche di visita non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina ma é bello sapere che ci fosse. Letti comodi. Ascensori veloci. Colazione varia sopratutto per la parte salata con tanto di chef per cucina espressa. Presenza dello stendino in bagno.

Cons:

Camere un po’ vecchio stile (moquette, colori), da rinfrescare diciamo, anche in bagno una parte a fianco della vasca era “allagata”

Outdoor Valet and welcoming staff were good and polite, and always smiling

Lack of understanding whoever you call & whenever you call you go through who doesn't even understand what you want, even a small word teeth brush or shaving kit is hard to explain until unless I walk downstairs reception myself to explain and still didnt get until translation being used.
Very important idk 🤷‍♀️ why whatsapp and all social network block and restrict all in china this is ridiculous.
