Nie wieder
Cons:

Ich und meine Frau wollten unseren Kurzurlaub antreten. Ich habe leider eine Allergie gegen Hausstaub, Schimmel oder auch Tierhaare. Es ist schon viele Jahre nicht mehr vorgekommen, dass ich eine Location nicht vertragen hätte. Leider war es diesmal der Fall. Gleich beim Reingehen in das Objekt spührte ich sofort, dass mir die Luft aufgrund meiner Allergie wegblieb. Meine Frau wollte sehr gerne dort bleiben und Urlaub machen. Daher habe ich es nochmal probiert und mir das Zimmer genauer angesehen ... in der Hoffnung, dass es meine Allergie vielleicht doch zulässt.
Leider war das nicht der Fall. Ich habe das gegenüber der Chefin dort angesprochen und habe sofort gesagt, dass das weder die Schuld von Villa Weiss noch meine ist. Da ich bereits im Voraus bezahlt habe, und keine Schuld des Hotels vorlag, war für mich die Sachlage eigentlich klar. Ich verzichte auf das Geld und meine Frau und ich suchen uns eben eine andere Location. Trotz meines kompletten Einlenkens, war die Dame des Hauses sehr böse und meinte, dass ich doch wissen sollte, dass ich eine Allergie habe usw. usw.
Also wenn ich bezahlt habe und dann doch den Urlaub nicht antreten kann...und das Hotel somit das gesamte Geld hat, würde man sich schon erwarten, dass ein entgegenkommen oder zumindest nette Worte..wie zB "das tut uns leid"...irgendwas. Diese Frau war nur böse, ungut und genervt und ich weiß bis heute immer noch nicht warum. Sie hatte alles Geld...ich hatte den Schaden weil ich 1. den Urlaub nicht antreten konnte und auch meinen Asthma Spray nehmen musste...aber naja ...manchmal ist die Sichtweise mancher Menschen sehr komisch.

Beautiful Pension right on the Attersee.
Pros:

Big, beautiful house from 1923 right across the street from the lake. I think it’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. Large rooms with fantastic views. Margit and the rest of the staff made it a fabulous stay. Perfect swimming weather in mid-July this year (hot 2023). Private swimming area right across the street. Nice grocery store a short walk (or very short drive) down the street. Will definitely return.

Cons:

Nothing. But if you are looking for a big, modern Hilton hotel, this might not be your place. This is a Pension or Bed and Breakfast in a big, antique house.
